My husband and I were interested in a piece but didn't have any moment that she wasn't right with us to discus, so we needed up leaving empty handed. I didn't get the feeling she was following us because she didn't trust us, more that she was desperate for a sale and tried to talk everything up to convince us we should buy.

I personally fought the urge to go home with the magnolia silk wreath beside the front counter but my mom ended up buying a kitchen tea towel and oven mit. From the moment you see the front window display at Cozy Nest you'll know this isn't your average small town gift shop filled with trinkets, Cherished Teddies, Precious Moments and Wooden Willows angels (no offense to you collectors out there). Conveniently located a few doors down from lunch at the Montage Cafe and cappuccinos at The Coffee Pot and you couldn't ask for a better Saturday morning in Greenville. I was impressed with the prices given what the items are. My only complaint was that the shopkeeper seemed to have a friend in while we were there and never greeted or engaged with us which would seem like a great marketing opportunity for a newer business. It's a friendly small town used bookstore in a two-story building. They have movies and music and…read morecomic books. They have a big romance section. They've got room dedicated to fantasy to mystery and literature. The folks that work there are some of the nicest folks are going to meet. Outgoing and knowledgeable. Friendly. I've ordered books through them and they're good with finding used books and then selling them to me at lower than full price, reasonable price but not max price. They're right next-door to Winans Chocolate & Coffee, so it's really convenient to find a nice little walk, get yourself a nice cup of coffee or hot chocolate, and then go in the back to the reading room between the two and sit down in the corner of the couch and do some reading.
