I have used this garden center for several years. Recently spent over $600 on plants. I tried to take back two hanging baskets that were planted in dense soil, making it difficult to maintain proper moisture. I was told that the plants that died in the baskets were to be watered every day. I have grown this type of plant before and have never watered it every day. Even several garden sites will tell you that this plant doesn't need to be watered every day. I was not given an exchange or a refund because I was told I didn't properly care for the plant. So buyer beware, don't assume that you will get a refund if something goes wrong because the store does not follow through with their promises. I will not be returning to this garden center. read more

I've needed a Boutonnière at the last minute and they've saved me. I needed a weird plant I never heard of, they had a few to choose from. I've purchased poinsettias from them for years and they're so polite and cheery. I had questions about mums once and she spent minutes talking to me and giving me juicy hints and tricks. If I need something green I always go to Andy's first; their prices reflect the care they give their plants. read more

Ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific day and made sure staff knew the importance of the delivery. When no one was home, one call was made to the recipient (who didn't know about the order) and the delivery failed. No call was made to us, no contact was made to a neighbor, the delivery was just failed and the recipient didn't get the order on the day it was intended. When we called the next day to inquire what happened, the business said they don't leave the flowers at a neighbors because of Covid. The staff apologized but no reparations were made for the order not being delivered on the intended day and there seemed to be no intent on staff to review their policy about contacting the sender or leaving orders with neighbors. Covid is not an acceptable excuse for a business to underperform. If you have a delivery in which it is important that it's delivered on a specific day, this might not be the place you want to place the order with. All you'll end up with is an apology. read more

We stopped in Andy's for some herbs and hanging plants. We discovered we were a day late for the sale on the hanging plants. Andy's has a huge selection of all sorts of plants. It's a great place to browse around for plants. However, it's a bit on the pricy side especially if you look at the big box stores. read more

I like Andy's because they have very helpful staff and they have variety of plants and those are very good quality. Most of them seemed more pricey, however sometimes they offer good deal like "buy one and get one free" I can not miss those special offer. read more

A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. My husband bought grape vines from wallymart, and we bought plants from Andy's for $5 more - but they're at least 50% larger and look much healthier. Andy's has a huge selection of plants, but they're a little skimpy on landscape statuary. We went early on a Sunday morning, so traffic was light and there was no shortage of staff to answer our questions. My one nit picky observation is that their store landscaping needs some serious attention. Lots of dead plants in their mulch beds, and it's late May. Ok, not to often a garden center may get a review, but I thought that Andy's Garden deserved one. A good selection during the season (standard flowers, bushes, tress, and roses), with yard, pond, and patio accessories. Mulch and stone too. Little pricey but they have great plants. The only bad thing was that we didn't get our rewards points on our first trip earlier this year. Little upsetting because we spend over 100$ each time we go. Overall I've been happy with customer service. They have been polite and personable to my mother, grandmother & myself. I needed floral centerpieces for a luncheon and wanted something potted. At Andy's I was greeted and received assistance immediately. After selecting my healthy and beautiful flowers, I was directed to the floral shop to buy the foil wrapping. Natalie answered all of my questions and without extra charge wrapped the pots for me.
