Communication with me was great throughout my project which included a large number of pavers and a large stamped-concrete driveway. Soon after the work was completed I had concerns as there were some areas of polysand failure, and I observed white areas on the driveway that had been tinted and sealed. But the company offered to come back in a few months to fill any areas needing polysand, and they offered to add more tinting to the driveway if necessary and to re-seal the driveway. This will satisfy all of my initial concerns. I'm very impressed with their willingness to make their customers overjoyed at the outcome. There were 2 teams performing this large project. The first team did the paver repairs. The before-after pictures I include show the uneven pavers are now perfectly flat (and clean). The work for the 2nd team was faster than what the manufacturers recommend on their websites. However the company has been in business for many years and they assured me that they have successfully done this work in even hotter temperatures in Florida, and they always apply sealer to pavers right after applying the polysand. They used Accel polysand for the pavers. I especially respect and am grateful for this 2nd team, Jake and AJ, who worked through 90+ degree heat and very high humidity. Although my property has many trees, it was still potentially dangerous and definitely uncomfortable.

After it was done, there were all kinds of problems. We appreciated the fact that two experienced guys came out quickly to assess and try to correct the sealing. What we did not appreciate is that they told us the other guys were new at this. Was an $8,000 project not enough for the A-team? The guys who came out to fix it, tried another coat of sealer. Also didn't work. They called a guy in Florida who "knew everything about sealers". They tried another product and it seemed to work. However, some of the sloppy work from the first sealing still shows. Every time I'm out there, I see the lines on the pavers from the first attempt. We thought we had done our research in good companies. It apparently wasn't enough.

We paid $1400 to have weeding, bed cleanup ( excpt my perennials), applying Preen followed by…read moremulch- in 3 areas only-That was in spring 2026, now its July and sadly, the weeds have grown back again and we have to hire this work out again as we are preparing to sell our home- if you just pull weed grass without digging it up treating the area and laying enough mulch to keep the sun out, the weeds and grass in beds return quickly...I think they are best suited for general lawn care, mulch installation ( needed another inch or so), but I cannot recommend them for knowing weeds from $$ perennials....deadheading old growth is not same as cutting the perennial down to the ground, esp if it is actively blooming in spring such as clematis...i have many specialty plants and I admit it hard to let them go in my beds I was anxious... They were polite and kind, one young man seemed eager to follow my instructions....there was an adjustment made to our bill for damaged plants. We felt it was very $$ for the ateas we had done, esp since the weeds in front bed and grass by sidewalk by front door have returned with vengence Hoping our next experience will go easier...

Then they removed rocks around all of my flower beds, made some beds smaller, put a great edge, took old mulch out and brought in new mulch. Transplanted several flowers and bushes. Cleaned a lot of weeds off a gravel driveway. I've been very happy with everything they've done and I love that they come the same day every week around the same time!
