So at this time, I was just shopping to see what they had. They went out of their way to show me different options. (Even called a New York store to see if they had a certain necklace I liked.) For the most part, I would say I am very happy with their items, but they lose one star because the service is not always good. There are a few that are very nice and know the business. And there are a few that are there to push diamonds up your wazzo when you don't even want one. My wife loves Sapphires, and we went to get one ring on sale, and the young dumb lady there kept pushing us to pick something else. I said, look, I have XX dollars and Im here to get the XX ring that you have in your ad. She said - oh, we only have one left.... blah blah blah... and still kept wanting us to get another ring. Well we finally did get what we wanted..... as we where waiting to get everything finalized, some other guy came in and talked to the sales lady we do like, and asked for the same ring, and she went and got it for him. I thought I got the last ring, odd???? I hate to call you out BETH, but you SUCK WAZZO at your job!!!!
