He explained the options and what he felt was the right step to take without jumping the gun. He's gentle with his techniques and use of dentistry tools. He cleaned my tooth underneath the gum line using Novocain but he eased the shot of Novocain by putting a numbing gel first. This technique was well appreciated. He also explained every step of the way of what he was doing and what he was about to do so that I wouldn't be surprised. Again, much appreciated.
