Perimeter Tile did an amazing job on the remodel of our master bathroom and fireplace in the bedroom! They were very professional, experienced, artistic and detailed! We have enjoyed the remodel for a month now, and every time I go into the room, I appreciate their attention to detail and their craftsmanship! Professional - Their bid was very detailed with exact pricing and every effort having a separate line item cost. The price was better than the other company we were considering and they provided the tile and slab at their cost! Jordan responded very quickly to emails and texts - even when he was out of the country on vacation! Experienced - The first thing they did was put down carpet protectors and tarps to protect our home from damage. The job was scheduled in a very thoughtful way so there was limited down time. The plumber and two other guys came the day we had to bring the 300 lb. tub up the stairs. Aaron, our artist installer, was able to do everything except the plumbing for the free standing tub. He did the tile work, moved the plumbing and installed the faucets for the sinks and shower. It was easy to work with Perimeter because they were a one stop shop - everything was included in the bid: demo, tile work, plumbing, fabrication of the counter and fireplace surround & glass shower enclosure. They all worked in the cramped area well. Artistic - Aaron is an artist! He laid out the mosaic for our shower in the garage so I could visualize the end result. We expanded and contracted the design until it was just right. He was very patient and wanted me to be 100% happy - a great quality in a contractor! Also very important, was his placement of the 12 x 24 marble tiles in the shower. Because it is natural stone, it has ALOT of variation (cloudiness, veins, etc). He knew this and purposely drew from two different boxes of tiles to place like tiles together or create an artistic scene. He even moved them around a bit (after they were placed) when he had a better idea. It looks beautiful and I love enjoying the different pairings. I trusted Aaron's experience and judgement when I was debating different designs and I am thrilled with the results. You could tell he enjoyed creating a beautiful design and took pride in his work. Detailed - The wallboard they used for the shower and under the floor tiles was waterproof and state of the art (which is important in the long run). When he placed the wall tiles and the floor tiles, he used spacers that not only kept the exact space between tiles, but also held the same height of the tiles. Another company didn't do this on my front entry tiles and the height difference really stands out - even if it's just 1/8 inch here or there. They cleaned up every day and didn't cause any damage to our home. The one negative is that it took longer than I originally expected, but it was worth waiting for to enjoy the beautiful, detailed job they did. I have to admit, I was a little sad to say goodbye to Aaron on the last day. He's a super guy! I have remodeled a lot over the years, so I appreciate honest, professional contractors and Perimeter will be my first choice on every project! read more

I highly recommend this company. I had a flood in my home which insurance covered and we decided to upgrade from carpet to porcelain tile. Jordan and his employees did a good job getting my floor installed in just a few days. The company I selected to supply the tile shorted the order. I found out that he had his employees go to several locations to buy up their remaining stock to finish my floors on time. I am extremely thankful. Having the different lots gave my floor more variety in pattern. read more

We had Perimeter Tile Design redo our guest bathroom tile around the bathtub. Jordan was very responsive to our phone calls and scheduling consultations. The 30 year old 4" white square tiles was more difficult to remove than originally thought. Jordan's team of workers were great - everything was perfectly scheduled, from the tile removal to the plumbing, to the new tile installation. At the end of a week we had a beautiful new tub/shower. I would highly recommend Perimeter for your tile remodeling jobs. read more

First a bit of history. Another contractor completely messed up and left one of my showers inoperable after what was presented as "improvement". The shower fixtures were flimsy and the there was no hot water. The plumber came and said that unfortunately in order to properly fix this, you need to break tiles (OMG!!!...) in order to properly install the shower valve and other hardware. The remodeling contractor refused to fix it this way and instead they just put a one inch thick layer of silicone and told me that it looks ok. And that is after I paid $10k to remodel that bathroom to make it look better. To actually make it look like a cheap shit hole. Luckily I was able to withhold my final payment to that other contractor, so at least I didn't pay too much (not counting my time, of course). So my journey began. I contacted a few new tile contractors and no one wanted to take on this job. No one likes fixers. Too much of a trouble. But Perimeter Tile Design agreed to do it. They removed just the needed tiles very carefully to open up the wall space, my plumber came in to remove and install a new shower fixture properly, and then PTD came back in put the new tiles in. All was done in just 3 days and it was all fully cleaned up. It now looks like I never had to go through this nightmare of fixing after that messy previous contractor. Piece of precisely restored fine art. Thanks for giving me my life back! I will definitely use PTD for any of my future tile and flooring projects. read more

Perimeter did 2 bathrooms floors for me and an entire shower from scratch. I did hexagonal careers marble for the floors and it came out beautifully. They showed up on time, were diligent with their work, courteous and finished when they said they would. Highly recommend. read more

We just had two bathrooms floors completed and part of a shower. The quality of the work is excellent and the price was comparible to the other bid we received from a less qualified contractor. Jordan came and gave the quote and then Joel/Andy came to install the tile. It turned out very well and they even came back to sand a sharp edge. I would highly recommend them and I will probably be using them again for my parents house. read more

Jordan and his team at Perimeter Tile Design are THE BEST! We had them tile a tub surround, and not only was the work impeccable, he corrected a waterproofing issue (from a previous handyman's work) at no extra cost. We were so pleased with the price and the workmanship that we had his team fabricate and install our 8.5' double sink vanity. Again, absolute perfection, and at an excellent price. Very honest also! The stone fabricator put an almost-invisible scratch on a mirror (we're surprised there wasn't more construction damage due to the size of the stone and the tight work space), and the fabricator pointed out the scratch to us. Jordan offered to buy a whole new mirror, no questions asked. We absolutely will hire him for any tiling and fabrication work in the future (floors, kitchen, etc.). ps-this review was not solicited in any way. read more

What a class act. My husband and I needed our kitchen done in our Orange County home and after working with Jordan and his team we were blown away! If you want the job done right and at a reasonable price they are the people to go to! I tried talking him into cutting some corners here and there and they showed why they insisted on doing it right and you can tell. It turned out perfect. I was so impressed with their professionalism and cleanliness. Ill definitely be working with them in the future. read more

We hired Perimeter Tile to remodel our master bath and guest bathroom. The job involved completely rebuilding and tiling the master shower, granite countertops in both bathrooms, tub surround in guest bath and both bathroom floors. We used limestone in both bathrooms. Jordan was amazingly on top of it in all respects. He provided prompt estimates, was always there for questions throughout the entire process and the work was completed in a timely manner. One of his staff, Ernie Perez, made the job go smoothly and reduced the stress that goes with remodeling. He was always punctual, pleasant and communicative. He made many suggestions that were adopted in the final design. We love our new bathrooms and can't say enough about the high quality and fantastic professionalism of Perimeter Tile.
