Luis was supposed to build a simple wooden deck and a pergola, he asked me for money to buy all the materials and when he realized the project was bigger than he could handle (after 4 months), he abandoned the project all together stealing the money. When I asked him for refund on the materials, his answer was "you never signed the contract". Just a terrible person with terrible ethics and not a trustworthy company.
