So, I called ahead of time and placed my order. I left my name, and the 2 products that I was picking up. I drove there for almost 40 minutes to pick up the products. I tell the lady behind the glass door my name and that I am here to pick up products! They do NOT open the door to speak to anyone because they are terrified that they might catch the virus. Even though we are all wearing masks!! She finally returns, and says to me behind the glass door, " there are no products for you here! And I didn't speak to you on the phone." And then she completely walks away from the door! At this point, I am baffled! I actually did call and speak to someone, but if they don't have my order ready, shouldn't they have asked me what I needed?? Instead, this lady completely ignores me and walks away from the door as if I am invisible!! Smh! What is wrong with people? So, I had to call her on the phone to let her know that I'm STILL standing in front of the store waiting for her assistance! She says "I only have one brand in stock, so what do you need? " I told her, that is the exact brand that I'm looking for. She finally gets it for me! Oh, I'm sorry, am I bothering you? Very disappointing! My hairdresser recommended this place to me, but I will never go back! I will stick to Sally's beauty supply, where they treat people like human beings!
