The scheduled me for this morning at 9:30am. Since I was a new patient, I showed up for my appointment at 9:00am knowing I would have to fill out a bunch of paperwork. At about 9:40am, I asked the receptionist when I would be called in, since I had to get to work. I was told that the doctor wasn't even in the office yet, and that I would probably not be called in for a while. With that, I asked for all of my paperwork back, a refund of my co-pay and left. Since Dr. Greenblum obviously has a consistent issue with time, it shows a lack of professionalism and respect for his patients. Although, the staff was kind and as professional as they could be in the minimal interactions I had with them given the situation, it doesn't make up for the fact that this was a waste of my morning. Assistant hand writes your medical history interviewing you doesn't use laptop. He blew my Mom off and said she was loaded with arthritis. He told her to take Advil which she can't with a heart condition and never read her chart. They charge you $25.00 for your own copies of X-Rays. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone and he has no compassion for the elderly at all. My Mom was in terrible pain and went to him for help and was offered none.
