Ben and his team did an amazing job on my Tesla. I got the PPF (Paint protection film) and a re-tint of the windows because the car came with tinted windows that weren't dark enough for me. Ben's team had to remove the old tint and put on new film. They did an amazing job, ensuring that all of the old glue was off, and the new tint was completely flawless. Ben's team also applied Paint Protection Film (PPF) to the entire hood, fenders, and front bumper, headlights, side mirrors, wheel wells, and also did a really cool pattern of PPF around the door handles since the Tesla has flush handles. I almost cried when I saw them drive the car out because it was so beautiful! I highly recommend Ben and his team at Performance Window Tint on Broadway. Check out their website, they have their prices posted. Honest, friendly, great communication, affordable price, and amazing work! read more

Great experience with Ben and team. I got my daughter's Ford Focus windows tinted for Christmas and they turned out great. My daughter loves it. Ben walked me through the process and was very accommodating with his schedule. He was very nice. THANK YOU for a great experience! read more

I had a really great experience with Performance Window Tint! When I called, they had next day availability and their pricing is more than fair. Had my front two windows tinted and was out of there in about 30 minutes. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Fantastic tint job! I got a GROUPON and was skeptical because several other tinting groupons I got hit me up for all these extra fees. These guys were super transparent with how to get the best bang for my buck. It was only 20 out of pocket and they did a fantastic job! In and out in 3 hours and the guys even helped put my pain in the neck license plate cover back on! Will definitely be coming back for future cars! Thanks guys! read more

Benny installed some clear film behind the rear tires of an older car I own. Finished in about 45 minutes and came out perfect, even though he had to hand cut the film since there was no template for a 1969 car. Very personable and very fair pricing. Would highly recommend. read more

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Preface: I was referred to this place from a coworker whom I didn't really know that well at the time. Now that I know the guy a little better and from the experience with this company I would have never taken the guys recommendation in the first place. Anyway, this place is a nightmare of an experience. From the slacker front desk guy that's as helpful as a pile of dirty underwear, to the uncomfortable waiting room and the actual lack of quality work at the end. After having to go back to get a string like thing that was stuck between the tint and the driver window I noticed that they did a half effort on my rear windows. Mind you they are truck rear windows which are smaller and vertical which would seem to make applying the tint easier. Anyway, they failed to completely cover two of my rear truck windows. There is about a quarter of an inch on one and 4 or 5 millimeters in the other where the tint just ends in a line like they used up the last bit of a roll or just measured it wrong. (See pics) So since the first two visits to this place were so much line pulling teeth I decided to not go back and have them redo it but just move on with a half baked window tint job until I feel a new one is needed and I have time to find a quality window tint place. read more

I got a 30% tint on my 2-door rabbit. The guys did a quality job, which led it to take 3 hours (and their waiting area sucks). When we first arrived for the 10 am appointment, the dude wasn't ready for us. His hangover seemed to be causing him some problems. But, the windows look great! We used a groupon, which I thought was going to be cutting the price in half. As it turned out, it saved me negative $9. Ha! (FYI the groupon only covers tints as dark as 40%) read more

I've known Ben since he started tinting windows in high school 18 years ago. He has tinted my cars as well as my family members and friends. One thing is for sure, you'll get great service with very high quality results at a great price. As long as he's tinting windows, I'll continue to go to his shop and I'll continue to refer as many people as I can. read more

No one ever answered the phone. The voicemail says to text, so I texted. Got one reply asking when would be a good time for them to call me back. Still haven't received a call. I called and texted 3 more times and no one ever responded. I called another place and they got me in that day. Terrible customer service from performance, save your time and go somewhere else. How do you not have someone to answer phones and schedule appointments?!? read more

Awesome work done by Ivan! He let me hangout and watch him do some tint work on my car. Very chill and nice guy. Came out great! He also was very knowledgable and gave me a few suggestions for how dark to go. Very help, thanks! read more

***Scammy Business*** I showed up on Monday for my 9am appointment and had to wait 15 minutes because the owner arrived late. Once I'm inside the first thing he does is try to up-sell me on various other tints. I decline and he immediately says, "Your car is actually a 9 window car, and each window will be an additional $20.00 charge." These additional windows are the small triangular windows on the door- maybe 4x4". Now I would have to spend an additional $80.00 after the business said the 5 window package would be enough for my specific car. Not only did the owner show up late to the appointment he scheduled, he tried to pressure me into upgrading my package and refused to honor their word and my original purchase when I declined their "upgrades." My experience here was actually very refreshing! My boyfriend gifted me with a Groupon to get window tint, and I had read some of the other reviews and was a little worried. I arrived an hour earlier on accident and let the owner know I had to be out by a certain time, and he was very understanding of what was going on. Their team crunched it out, and were done before the time I had said. Also while I was there, they made me aware of some hail damage that I had and helped me get the information I needed to get it all taken care of. This place was great, and I will be recommending them to friends and family for future tinting. read more

Tinted my windows back in November. Very pleasant to deal with. Explained pros and cons of each tint, but I did not feel pressure to upgrade. I was also surprised by the number or windows I actually have - each small triangle window counts individually since they have to cut the tinting material. This makes sense. Obviously I was disappointed to realize how many windows I actually had, but I don't think this was a scam. He gave me a discount since all the little windows added up quickly. Did a very good job, finished on time. Waited a few months to be sure the tints did not fade, turn purple, bubble, peel, etc. They still look great and have remained flawless. read more

these guys are hands down the best ... I walked in with no appointment and was greeted and treated well from the start we went over the options and I got the pricing ($100+ lower tan a other quote) and in 3hrs I was out of there ... I will be sure to send everyone who wants tint here read more

Bought a Groupon for window tint. Called the guy over the course of 2 months at least 3 dozen times. His voicemail says he doesn't respond so call back. Finally Groupon tried to contact him several times. No luck. Groupon is refunding my money. Avoid. read more

Unable to schedule an appointment. I purchased their Living Social deal for tint installation for two front windows. Over the span of three months I tried calling over 30 times and the phone was never answered. Each time their voicemail stated that you should not leave a message because they will not check it. I finally decided to go to their office to see if I could be helped as a walk-in. I waited in the office for several minutes while their phone continuously rang and no one showed. Finally someone came from the back to assist me. They told me that I must have an appointment. However, they said they could not book an appointment for me in person and that I would need to call their office line (the same one I had been calling for 3 months and also heard go unanswered as I waited in their office). I requested a refund from Living Social but will only get credit because the refund window had passed. I would definitely not recommend trying to do business with them. NOTE: This is only a review of their customer service as I did not actually receive any services performed by them. read more

This is the worst business ever so they made a appointment for 2 weeks saying not to be late. Nobody answers phones they text back only. So the night prior to my appointment I drop my car off out front put a note with my key in they're drop box. I wrote the. A email and a text saying my cars there and where the key is that it'll be there when they're ready. I manage to get to work and am trying to get in touch with someone all day. So like 5 pm after work I drive out there to find nobody's there. All the doors open lights on , gate open so one guy from a smaller business tells me they went to the bar ( during business hours. I walked to this bar and the bartender Sat they just left so I go back again highly irritated still nobody around. I waited for well over a hr finally a tweeker rides up on a moped. He says can I help you? I said this is my situation you haven't touched my car or made contact back with me he was all high like uh uh uh sorry . So not once did he even try to make anything right just said so u want you key? I said really ? This is how you run a business? Ya give me my key I'll go bring my business elsewhere finally he found the key to the drop box and sent someone else to retrieve my key and he hid in the bay like a little bitch. I'll never recommend anyone there they completely wasted my day for nothing read more
