Beyond sad to say I gave this new business a chance, but not only wrote up a crazy bill to not due the work that was scheduled previously before the holiday weekend. They also had no care as to the mess they left on or in my freshly detailed car. I will not be going back at any point & will be sending people to another shop if asked for recommendation.

Misdiagnosed my car saying I had a bad drive shaft instead of rear differential. They put a new…read moredrive shaft in and sent me out the door with the car shaking as I drive it away. Turned it around and went back and mechanic said it was a "bad unbalanced part" - they obviously don't test drive their "repairs".... I asked for the old part to be put back in and cleared up the shaking. They charged me labor fee to install it (bad business practice) after misdiagnosing it. I went to a tire place in town and they felt the rear tires and said: "cupping"...new tires cleared up the noise from the rear end and it wasn't anything to do with drive shaft. I would definitely stay clear of this facility. Nice goes a long way and is greatly appreciate but charging me for labor on a misdiagnosed part is bad business practice.
