Don't waste your time or Money at this place. Bought a Trailor, Top vent leaked Within the first week of owning it, I was advised to bring it back so they could fix it. I take it to them drop it off come back 3 days later to pick it up, take it home and problem not fixed, now my floor boards are soaked and mildew, wood cracked. I called and got the Someone will call you back, then I have no one here to fix it.. Blah Blah These folks only care at the sell.. I ended up getting the Trailor fixed at another place., and immediately removed their name of the back of my trailer, free advertisement for them.. My trailer was not delivered as ordered. Owner is not on site. When I spoke over the phone with him he was very rude. No people skills. Go to their web site and look at the owners responses to negative reviews. Gives you an idea of what type of an individual you would be dealing with. He was unwilling to do any real negotiating. Great business and people to work with. They are honest and reliable from my experience. When I went to pickup a new trailer and found that the one side marker light was not working, I was told that they would mail me a replacement. Shockingly they held true to their word and even provided an extra one for me. I appreciate that they held to their word and went above and beyond what they said. read more

Simply horrible customer service. Only reason I selected one star is because I was unable to submit the review with ZERO stars which is what is deserved. VERY rude. When trying to talk we were constantly interrupted. How can you know what is going on if you aren't going to listen? And my favorite line was "You aren't our customer." I have purchased 5 dump trailers from this place over the course of 4 years. Never a bad experience. I use to buy the bri-mar style trailers. Those things turned out to be junk. The cam superline is now my trailer of choice. Great price. Great service. They even called me a month after I purchased my most recent trailer to follow up and make sure it was happy with everything. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a trailer. read more

Found PTS after about a month of trying to find a decent covered trailer on Craigslist, eBay and via google searches. Went to their competition farther along on Pulaski Hwy but bailed -- initially hooked by their CL post naming one price, calling to find the price higher than the listed price but then very frustrated with the in-person price even higher still-- no way!! Glad I went to PTS because the folks were straight forward, knowledgeable and very pleasant. And their product was superior (stronger construction, beams 16" on Center not 24" etc) but $300-400 lower in price! read more

Not sure how anyone can write something bad about this place. I have purchased my last four trailers from here. Each experience just as good as the last. They are always super nice. I used to buy bri-mar dump trailers until I found this place. Now I buy the cam superline. These trailers are far superior to the bri-mar. So much so that I decided to just give my old bri-mar away. Before I bought my first trailer from them. I drove up and down 40 to all the other trailer dealers. This was the only one who did not try to price gouge me. As long as PTS is in business, I will continue to get all my trailers from them. read more
