I was told my car would be worked on and that if there was something wrong with it, I would be informed. Instead, they kept my car for TWO MONTHS, while I continued paying for insurance and dealing with the inconvenience of not having my vehicle. After all that time, I was still left feeling like nothing had actually been accomplished. My experience dealing with Rus was especially awful. He was rude, constantly yelling, and extremely difficult to communicate with. I have never dealt with someone running a business who made me feel so uncomfortable and disrespected. I was given promises that were not followed through on, and the entire situation felt incredibly dishonest and unprofessional. Two months of keeping someone's car, making promises about working on it, and then leaving them dealing with the consequences is completely unacceptable. A business should communicate honestly, treat customers with basic respect, and actually follow through on what it promises. Absolutely terrible experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car here to do your homework, get everything in writing, and think twice before trusting this place with your money or your vehicle.

They agreed to work on my car after I bought it if I had any problems then got mad that I took them up on the offer. So many things were wrong with the car even though they said everything was fine. I bought insurance for the month cuz I thought I would be driving it but ended up wasting $100 because my car was in the shop most of the month. Additionally there was something wrong with the gas tank. I put in a full tank a gas and half of it leaked out. No reimbursement no sorry. Just "we can't work on any other cars cuz your car is taking up all our time." Acting like it's my fault he sold me a pos car. lf he didn't want to fix anything he should have made that clear from the start and when I first asked him to work on it he should have told me no or charged me. He screamed at me to get the fuck off of his property because I asked him questions about the car and called me an idiot. Real nice.

When I finally got a text they were very passive aggressive about it. Look if you got $$ for eyes and got yourself too busy to handle customers correctly and in a timely fashion then maybe you shouldn't have a text line or hire another secretary to handle calls. I left my car for a whole day to get done and they acted like it was an issue to leave it another day... um get more people to work, I need my car to work I took off a whole day and they barely looked at it. Then when picked up estimate not even ready and asked questions and was told not to even worry about those things... I have asked other shops and they all tell me oh ya basic tuneup needs done!
