Incredibly unprofessional. The owner is best friends with a criminal by the name of Neal Chazin, calls himself "Tom" and the two work together. "Tom" sells cars from Mexico but lies to the buyer, says the car is registered, when it is not, says the car is SMOG certified, when it is not, and will lie about anything and everything else. He will take the car to the owner of this shop, and the owner knowing he is cheating people, will work with him and help him to cheat people.
Save yourself the time and go to a place like Evan's tire where they care about professionalism and honesty. I called to ask for a car inspection from this place and the guy responded with my request being a bother to him! When he finally said he would do it, I asked if he wanted my number so he can call me back, his response was "uhh well I don't have a phone so you will have to call back". This is itself is obviously unprofessional, but I asked him "Well, okay, and who should I ask for, what is your name?" and the guy after a long sigh, tells me his name and then hangs up. I call back 4 hours later and I was never even put into the system and the guy "wasn't there" anymore.
I asked to talk to the owner "Ernie" and he was just as unpleasant. I never received a call back, the car was never inspected, I was never put into their system, no one cared. Worst and absolute most unprofessional experience ever with an auto repair shop, not to mention, the owner has such a nice friendship with someone who sells bad cars and cheats people out of their money. If you ever deal with Neal Chazin (he won't tell you this name, his real name, he will tell you his name is "Tom" because he intends to cheat you) DON'T buy a car from him, and if you fall for his lies, take him to small claims court to get your money back. Oh, and don't ever go to a car repair shop (i.e. performance specialties) when the owner is best friends with a guy like this. read more
