In the initial site visit/estimate we got to learn about Hansen painting co in which Jerome after 30 years of industry experience started his own company. Jerome was friendly, easy to talk to, detail oriented, professional and had a great sense of humor! He ensured in our meeting that we understood his process and had a clear understanding of the work he includes - as well he made super helpful suggestions regarding paint brands, finishes/sheen and helped my wife build confidence in all color selections. Jerome scheduled the work 2 weeks out. The first day they taped, covered everything and got right to it. Now I know this was a dumb decision on my part I should have just given him half down, not the full payment. I guess I was too trusting and thought it would mean that he would paint my house sooner.... I WAS WRONG! Week after week he canceled and made excuses. He blamed the weather, told me crazy stories (lies) about his health, blamed his lack of workers. The last excuse never made sense, because he would also brag about having a large crew. Eventually, I contacted my lawyer to try to push him to finally paint my house. My lawyer clearly wrote to him saying if you don't paint by July 27 (over two months after I paid him) then we will pursue legal action. Of course, he never showed up. Once I was finally fed up, I sued him for the money through small claims court. Only then was he finally saying he could come out and paint, but I told him I didn't trust him and I just want my money back. Nothing. I took him to small claims court and he tried to tell the judge that I was hard to work with and he tried to fabricate a narrative that I was a hysterical woman. The judge saw right through him, and I won the case. DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS SKEEZ BALL!!!!! He is a liar, sexist, and rude.

After the guys left the windows looked great! Although, I did notice the tracking was still fifthly. I sent a text message and pictures to the number I set up the original apt... 24 hours late and still No Reply about my concerns. The next day I decided to give the company a call to inquire about my tracking not being cleaned... nor my outside portions of my screens being wiped. I received a Text messages about 30 secs after I called which read... " I'm Busy at the moment. please text me." Now having confirmation that this number is able to receive text I'm becoming irritated... Because I did text... Yesterday, without a reply. I re-text my concerns and now its been another four days without a reply. I'm not holding my breath that I'll ever receive a phone call or text.
