I had my roof cleaned as it had unsightly mold and moss growing on it. Both Zack and Chris who my contact people were great. Explaining the procedure and how they take caution not to damage the roof. The crew who came out were professional and careful. The company is responsive and communicates well with the homeowner. I would not hesitate to use this company for not only roofs but will have them clean my aggregated patio in the future. read more

Thoroughly cleaned house, windows, pavers and flagstone path and it looks awesome. I had to remove all screens from windows which was a little cumbersome and the areas I didn't add to cleaning were left with debris(deck, front porch and driveway) I felt bad for the crew, I had an afternoon start(which I wasn't happy about) that didn't start until 2pm and then they were hear until 7ish. Price was good and scheduling easy, good text communication and ability to get a live person also easy read more

Another amazing visit by Lake State Cleaning! This was our second time using this wonderful company for our fall gutter cleaning. I can't recommend them enough! From the first call to the day they arrived, the professionalism is really impressive! They kept us up to date via texts regarding date and time and never did we feel forgotten about. They even texted and asked if we would be ok with them coming on a Saturday. Of course we were! But we really appreciate them asking first! This is hands down the best company we've ever had work at our house, and let me tell you we've had plenty. Their follow up is just wonderful and we have already recommended them to friends. Keep up the great work Lake State!! read more

At a time when people don't call you back, make promises they simply don't keep, it is refreshing to find a company that truly serves the community. They are my "go too" window, screen, gutter, siding folks, going forward. They are responsive, communicative, pleasant to work with, have great "can-do" attitudes and they take pride in their work. Dakota and Chris worked their tails off all day; they cleaned our windows, screens, trays (they even cleaned our wood front door) and then they cleaned our gutters. Hire them! You will get what you pay for and more. read more

I was very skeptical of this company claiming they would clean the black streaks off my roof. The price was so reasonable and my roof so ugly that I decided to take a chance. Boy was I pleased with their workmanship. They showed up on time, were careful to cover my expensive landscaping and cleaned my roof exactly like they said they would. If you read my yelp reviews then you know I'm not a habitual 5 star reviewer so trust me, hire these guys if your rook has life left but is stained and ugly read more

This is the third year I've had Lake State Cleaning wash my windows and I can't say enough good things about this company. They are on time, get the job done super fast and the windows look perfect. I love how they brush out the screens and wipe down the sills too. Worth every penny to have them come out every year. Don't underestimate how having clean sparkling windows makes you feel. This company is the real deal. We are all tempted to call that guy who leaves a flyer in our door or tapes it to the mailbox. Just say no and call Lake State Cleaning. Zack was so responsive to my initial inquiry I was taken aback. Following the emailed quote, the pressure washing commenced two days later. The tech arrived in a company truck and I got a text letting me know the job was starting and another when he was finished. Really? Who does this? The walkways, porch, steps and garage doors look great. They will be back next week to clean the windows and screens inside and out. I'm a huge fan and will certainly be a return customer. read more

We used Lake State for house cleaning, roof wash, and indoor/outdoor cleaning of our windows. All 3 services were done expertly and professionally. Everything looked great when they were done They even went out of their way to remove vines from the side of our house that we could not reach. They also took care to not dirty our white carpet while cleaning. We highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future. read more

Great customer service, price and gutter cleaning! We will definitely have them back for more jobs in the future.

Had all three services - Gutters, Windows, and Exterior Wash. House literally looks brand new (build in 1960's). Courteous, clean, professional, not over priced. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that my wife is VERY particular when it comes to cleaning, especially the windows, and she LOVED the job they did. We will be using them again at least annually for the windows if not the gutter clean out too. Top Tier all the way. Use them, you will not be disappointed. Upgrade to their highest level of service, the "Ultimate Package," totally worth every penny. read more
