So happy to have found them. They started out with a few employees, but now they have expanded. They cover some of the Mojave Desert and Inland Empire regions. They offer quarterly or one-time service. Pricing will vary depending on choice of frequency. Prices are very reasonable. Technicians are professional, friendly, and respectful. They arrive at the property timely on the day of the service. Their technicians listen attentively to the concerns and address them the best they can. Their visit is usually very quick... spray outside and inside. Thank you to all the technicians who have provided great service at my house. The quality solution they use is odorless and it WORKS AMAZINGLY! No ants and no spiders to be seen for most if not all of the year. Once in a blue moon, I may see one or two come on out to scout for food and water... sorry, if I see the pest, it's over time. If I don't see them, then they may live another day LOL. From all the years of using Dixon service, I've only had to call them out once per year. There may have been one year that I needed to call them back for a respray, but other than that one time, it has been wonderful! I will continue to use them till the end of time. Dropped my car off , 3 hours later around 3 I call for an update because i never received a call or text and the lady says she will check and call me back. 10 min goes by and she calls back saying it will be another 3 more hours because they are struggling to do a removal and it will be ready by 6. They call around 5:35 saying to come at 6 it is almost ready. I get there around 5:53 and walk into the lobby and the guy says i can go check it out as they are finishing it up so i go and wait another 10 min. They pull the car out and say its all ready to go and I ask what the reason was for adding an additional 3 hours when the lady from the beginning said it wouldn't take no longer than 2.5 hours. The guy doesn't understand my question so he called another guy over and the guy stated because they kept cutting out the wrong pieces and had to redo it all over again and again. So then i was going to ask for a little discount for the inconvenience. As i started to speak the guy walked away from me to go talk to his buddy then came back a couple seconds later saying 'so did you send the money' . What a big inconvenience and service was not as good as expected. Tint was pretty nice but service + fee + timing was not it. After talking to the owner of the company about the situation that happen everything was cleared i was reassured better communication and everything will be worked out.
