Also, it was just a year ago I hit a large animal and had some extensive front end damage including busted water pump. The water pump went out just a shade past a year later and when I took it for replacement, the technician asked if the water pump was replaced recently and showed me that not only was a factory part not used, (Mopar) which I believed was supposed to be the case, but the pump looked used and had some metal object to cap it off that didn't even belong to it. It was like a Frankenstein experiment that apparently failed just 13 months later, costing me additional money out of my pocket. My insurance premiums are enough to break me each month and a brand new part was covered. It really put me in a hole to have to replace a part that in theory should have been only a year old.

I can't thank Doug's Auto Body enough for helping me through a frustrating insurance claim process…read more After my son's accident, GEICO initially classified our vehicle as a total loss based on photos alone. The car never left my driveway, was never physically inspected, and the salvage title process had already started. Something about that didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get another opinion. From the very beginning, Ana was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to explain the process and what options were available to me. Shortly after, Luis, the owner, personally called me. He was straightforward, honest, and didn't try to sell me on anything. He simply explained the situation, gave me realistic expectations, and even shared valuable advice on how to handle insurance claims in the future. After a complete teardown and inspection, Doug's Auto Body determined the vehicle was actually repairable. As a result, GEICO had to reverse the total loss determination and stop the salvage title process. What impressed me most was that they focused on facts, proper inspections, and doing things the right way. They treated me with respect throughout the entire process and took the time to answer every question I had. They truly work for the people. If you're looking for an honest auto body shop that genuinely advocates for its customers and knows what they're doing, I highly recommend Doug's Auto Body. I'll be attaching before-and-after photos because the work speaks for itself. Thank you, Ana and Luis, for your professionalism, honesty, and guidance during a stressful situation.
