The original foam had broken down horribly and was literally specks of green remnants under the seats. He was happy to check them, and gave me a very fair quote. He was very helpful explaining how to care for these poor leather seats that had been under seat covers for 19 years. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and it was ready to pick-up the following afternoon. The original leather was still in fairly good condition so the seats only needed new foam. They turned out better than original as Oscar built with extra foam! As they begin to wear in with usage, they will still hold their shape. Not only did he do a great job on my seats, but he gave big Bertha a bath. What an awesome surprise! Thank you Oscar! #3: Our 2005 Travel trailer was desperately in need of an upgrade. It looked like it was from the 1960's with Grandma's big flower print in mauve! The foam in our dinette cushions was so old and rotten that when you sat, there was no "cushion", just felt like you were sitting on a board. Oscar came to our location to measure the dinette and see what we needed. I had purchased the same material as our new couch and chairs, to have the dinette cushions recovered. Oscar supplied the new foam and did a superb job of sewing the cushions covers, even double sided now, unlike the originals. We couldn't be happier with the quality of Oscar's work! His workmanship is top notch but his prices are reasonable. Definitely worth the wait!

Dropped our boat carpet off 5 weeks ago to have another one made just like it. Gave 60.00 deposit…read moreand owner said it would be ready in 1 week. Went backing in a week, and was told it's not ready, ok no problem!! Went back in a week, not ready but he said he had it all cut and sent out for the binding, because he machine could not go through such thick carpet.....cool!!! Went back the next week and I was told it was at home but his sister would bring it in a couple hours to just come back at closing time. Went back in a couple hours and no one ever returned to the business. Went back today (WEEK 5) and the sister/secretary said the owner said to just give us our carpet and 60.00 deposit back!! WTH....ok whatever RGM Upholstery, guess it was never cut, or in a trunk, or on its way to the shop!! Just tell the truth!! It's not even boat season, I would have waited for quality work, heck it had already been a month!

I had them fix my passenger side handle well now my window doesn't roll up, they lost my rear seat buckle and didn't offer to buy a new or used one, they lose OEM screws and replaced them with different screws even drywall screws at that, the one thing I wasn't ok with was the rear bench seat was wrapped in vinyl without my consent and charged me to change it, I agreed to 150 out of pocket just to meet in the middle, I also feel they charged me extra the second time around just because I didn't get it done the first time prices changed, I reached out to whoever I'll keep the name anonymous about the window glitching and nvr heard back so here we are.. I just have the worst luck or people just take advantage other people? Can they get it done yes..
