Called the lady at the front desk explaining I had an oil leak and it was the gasket. She said it would take 30 min to fix and so I came on lunch break. Ended up she must have not communicated to them I had an oil leak, all they did was give me an oil change which I had just had 4 days prior. I specified it was an oil leak, why would I go wait 2 hours for an oil change when I can go up street and get one instantly. Then I wait 2 hours and don't understand why no one calls customers who have appointments and tell them they will need to wait. So 2 points, they didn't know about cars enough to understand what I was saying was wrong or didn't care to pay attention, and secondly they took 2 hours after saying it was 30 minutes. I wouldn't mind if they called me in advance but the front desk worker doesn't seem to care.
