Lentz Auto Repair is incredibly reliable and helpful. I have stopped in several times with…read morequestions about my vehicle and they're always willing to give an honest answer. Sometimes they've done the work themselves. Other times they've recommended another business. Somehow that adds a lot of credibility when a business is able to make a good recommendation. They not only were the cheapest (by over $100) but they were able to get me in after getting the estimate done, and got me back out again in a decent amount of time as well. When I mentioned that I wish I would've brought my charger because my phone was almost dead and I hadn't planned on getting it done today, the very nice gentleman working the front desk let me use a charger, making the wait totally easy to deal with. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to push extra stuff I didn't need, and they even checked the brakes for free to begin with, while some other places wanted to charge $25-$50 to do so. I haven't ever been here before but between the price (which was great), the wait time (pretty much non-existent) and the time to get the job done (completely reasonable) I will definitely be coming back here again for my own personal vehicle. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

I've been coming to this place for my oil changes, but unfortunately, the quality of the experience…read moredoesn't seem to be the same now that Mitch isn't there as often. Mitch always made the experience feel more professional, and I've noticed a difference since he hasn't been around as much. The gentleman who seems to be running things now hasn't been very friendly or professional in my experience. He doesn't seem very coordinated when it comes to directing the employees in the shop, and when customers ask questions, his responses can come across as rude and unwelcoming. Customers should feel comfortable asking questions about their vehicles without feeling like they're being a bother. On top of that, after my most recent visit, I left and now seem to be experiencing an oil leak, which is concerning. I can't say for certain that the service caused it, but the timing is definitely frustrating and has left me questioning the quality of the work being done. It's disappointing to see a place I used to feel comfortable going to change this much. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customer service, communication, and quality of work really do matte...

My car was making a weird noise and my landlord recommended Heritage Service Centre. Mike made time to squeeze me in and check out my car right away! He took a look around in my car and reassured me that everything was looking okay. He even taught my roommate and I how to check our oil! I ended up calling Mike back because my mom was still worried about my car and he was so kind and patient with me. He reassured me again that everything would be okay and even offered to have me stop by again so he could top off my coolant since it was a little low. As a young girl who doesn't know much about cars it's always scary going to a mechanic. I've been scammed before, so I'm always nervous when going to a new place. Mike however made this such an amazing and easy experience. If you need any help with your car go here! They are seriously the best!

Then the worker said that I had to get the premium because they have my Oil in that teir. They didn't check any of the things in the premium package, and they didn't even give me a sticker for my mileage to get it changed next. Is this normal for your company? It seems like a scam. If I'm paying for a service I expect it to be done throughly. The guy didnt even put down the correct mileage I had, and I had to make sure he wrote it down.. On their website I paid for a full service after being told to go buy my own oil, and then being told I had to pay 100$ for the other. No sticker, NOTHING checked. Nothing filled not even the tires or anything checked. This is false advertising and I don't feel comfortable coming to this establishment. I. No tire pressure, no washer fluid, didnt even check my lights. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of and being told lies because I am a woman. I know what goes into an oil change and the men there trying to tell me I needed "Buick oil" and it needed to be order is not correct, any person with basic knowledge of Cars knows Buick doesn't even make oil.
