Had my 2013 Jetta (111k miles) towed to Rishes and advised I would hear from them after diagnosis…read more I never heard from them, so called two days later and Jadie said it would be a quick fix with a sensor. Fast forward 5 days and I receive an email (I was out of the country) that it was more than the sensor and was going to cost $500 to determine what the actual problem was. Having no other option I decided to move forward. After not hearing for another 2 days, I called back and was told that 20 hours of labor needed to be done for the cam phaser to be changed that would cost me $3500 and I should just take me car to the dump, or they would offer me $300 for the parts. Oh and if I did want to pay for it to be fixed it would take 2 months. So after 3 weeks of back and forth with them I had it towed to R&R auto in Potsdam (RON IS AMAZING!) and within a week it was diagnosed as a sensor problem and saved $2500 to fix it. Now running normally! In addition to my horrible experience here I have a friend that took her SUV here and has been back multiple times because lights keep coming back on in her car. Advice: Don't go there.

On 2/7/23 I left my truck at Regan's to have a O2 sensor put in and have the lower radiator hose…read moreclamps checked because there was some anti-freeze leaking from that area on 2/4/23 when it was -25 degrees in the morning when I started it. The day I dropped the truck off, the service writer Austin called me around 9:30 and told me the truck was done. One of the hose clamps was changed last year so I asked him if they had to change the old rusted clamp and he told me yes. After I picked the truck up and got it home I checked to see what they put on for a clamp and the old one was still on the radiator hose. They didn't change either radiator hose clamp but they charged me for doing it. Today was the first day I was able to get to Regan's before they closed and I talked to Austin about It and he wouldn't do anything about it. He just told me they wouldn't charge me for something they didn't do but the same clamps were on the hoses that were on them when I dropped the truck off. There was no heavy or pushy sales pitches to get me to purchase and they even put the vehicle up on a ramp for me to inspect the underneath. When I picked the vehicle up the next day Mike explained every little detail on the paperwork before signing.
