The receipt says parts brought in can be used without a warranty. We were told they can't be brought in. We, my husband and I, brought in our SUV with two working high beam headlights. When we decided to stop work due to extra work and prices being added, our SUV was returned to us in worse shape than when we brought it in. This should not happen. We agreed to pay for the work that had been done. After spending nearly 300 dollars there is one working high beam headlight. Ethical behavior doesn't seem to matter to the people running this establishment. We understand that this could be a civil case and we're working through the process.

Well, they didn't hesitate to move me to the front of the line and diagnose the problem, order the part and get on with the repair. These guys were great. At point there were three of them working on my vehicle! They had me on the road by 11am! They are really living the "service" in their name.
