I don't find communication through yelp very easy, so I just called and left a message after my initial yelp thing, and he got back to me right away. We worked on the options for the tire, I was stuck at a location (not a great situation as I had no free tow on my insurance), and he secured a new tire to match my blown out one and replaced it same day. I did nothing, he purchased the tire, balanced the tire, and had his man Richard drive to my location, change it, and dispose of the old tire, all for one good price. Richard was friendly, was prepared with his truck, and he even took video of the process. I didn't have to stand by the car or anything. Then I paid remotely. I don't know what I would have done without Scott and Richard. Struggle with putting on the donut and then losing time off work to drive around and find a shop? Or getting an expensive tow? Or being stuck at a hot, dirty shop for hours and hours while they skip over my small tire job and work on other people's cars with more profitable repairs? No thanks. Turn signal did not light up, to replace bulb $63, part was $3.50 Second opinion, reservoir had pressure, not cracked. $200 coolant fluid exchange not needed. Coolant was low, thermostat was not damaged or malfunctioning. 1 jug of coolant and OODLY, bulb worked, just needed to screw it back in and I was GOOD TO GO Shame on Tires Plus, how dare you and who else have you done this to?

They delivered the car one day earlier than promised and at the exact price quoted. Last Friday I found a nail in one of my tires. It was 7am and the family was heading to Disney. I drove over to Expert Car Care and they were ACTUALLY OPEN at 7am! They told me to pull the car around the back and that they were going to look at it IMMEDIATELY! I am used to the big box-store tire places which usually make you wait 2-3 hours before they even look at the tire! Within TWO MINUTES, Max the mechanic was lying on the floor and looking at the tire. FIFTHTEEN MINUTES later, the tire was fixed! Oh and by the way, there was NO CHARGE for the repair! Instead, I tipped the Manager and Max. That is an old-time way of doing business that really values its customers. Keep up the great work!

It took me an hour using google, google maps, and my URL history to find Just Tires again. Like the last time there was no wait time. The tech was polite, efficient, and fast! Same for the office staff. They completed a tire plug in minutes for under the cost of a Big Mac at McDonalds. I'm keeping a record so I'll be able to take all of my tire repair needs to Just Tires in the future.
