We had to check in several times to remind them that we had a deadline. We were also told the railing would be included in the price and it was not done. The stain not only looks beautiful on its own, but it really ties the whole area together and makes everything feel cohesive and intentional. The doors he hung wouldn't shut properly and he wanted to charge me more to fix them. He installed baseboards but did a terrible job touching them up and caulking. He refused to fix them and I just spent over an hour fixing his work and I have more to do. I included pictures of trim work he thought was finished but shows that it is unpainted, not caulked, and/or unpainted spackle. His work is poor at best. Do not recommend.
