Simply put, Nelson did an incredible job, and the results exceeded all our expectations. One of the biggest parts of this project was staining the new handrails and banisters to match our existing flooring. Nelson showed my wife and me a wide range of stain samples, each carefully selected to closely match the tones of our floors. He was patient and helpful throughout the selection process, and the final result was a perfect match to the sample we chose. The stain not only looks beautiful on its own, but it really ties the whole area together and makes everything feel cohesive and intentional. In addition to the staining, Nelson painted all the trim around the stairs and banisters. This fresh coat of paint gave the space a clean, crisp look and really helped the new woodwork stand out. His attention to detail was apparent in every aspect of the project, edges were sharp, lines were clean, and there was absolutely no sloppiness. He also went above and beyond when it came to prepping the area. Before he got started, Nelson took great care to tape and mask off all nearby surfaces, so there was no overspray or mess to worry about. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. He also patched and textured the walls in areas where the old banisters had been removed, and you would never know there was any work done there. The patched areas blend in flawlessly with the surrounding wall, both in texture and paint color. Throughout the entire process, Nelson kept us fully informed. He let us know when he would arrive, when he was wrapping up each day, and gave regular updates on progress. In many attempts to get his money back from Diego, Diego has blocked every number we have used to try and get this figured out. He owes Luis around $4,000 that he refuses to pay him. This is the only way we can get his attention Because he has Luis blocked on all phone numbers and social media. You need to take accountability for your actions or I and everyone else that Luis has will help him take legal action against you.

My wife went to lunch with a bunch of Neighbors and they all said oh no, don't use him once you pay him he never comes back. Several recommended using Oscar instead and gave her his number. He showed up when he said he would and was extremely detailed in all that he was going to do. His work was impeccable. He cleaned up after himself. His workers were great and we are extremely pleased with what he has done for us. He may not be the cheapest but you would be hard-pressed to find someone better. Oscar was a joy to work with. He promptly returned my call and quickly came out to provide an evaluation and quote. Oscar thoroughly explained the problem and the solution. Additionally, he broke the quote down into segments...this amount for just the water diverters (which would fix the problem), this amount if wood damage is discovered underneath. I should mention, when doing the job Oscar confirmed there was no wood damage, which attests to his honesty. A true professional who takes pride in his craft and making sure the job gets done correctly the first time. Oscar is a soft spoken gem.
