Today I had to get brake pad and rotors for my car. The process is very easy, go to the counter, tell them what your looking for, what car you have, and they pull the parts you need. The man that pulled my parts for me even carried them to the car. Since I have a gear head dad, a gear head boyfriend and a gear head son I'm sure this won't be my last trip. Good job auto zone!

We have done business for years with Kerry and the last few times we have been there have been…read morehorrible. I was disrespected by Brian who was rude and raised his voice at me when I asked for his bosses name and phone number. He said he would get his boss for me and then I asked for his bosses name and number again from the cashier which at that time Adrianne butted in and made a snippy comment to me and then mumbled under her breath the whole time walking away from me. John the GM spoke to me in Brian's office where he told me that he would fix the problem. Since I didn't have the time at that moment my husband brought the vehicle back the next day per John's request. They then refused to take care of the problem when he came back. John saying that I said things the day before that I didn't say why they wouldn't do it. They requested my husband to leave the premises and he said he wasn't leaving until the problem was resolved. They said they would call the police so my husband called the police. They had the police to give my husband a trespassing order even though he was there for an appointment. I am very disappointed in Kerry Chevrolet.

The technician who rang me out, took my debit card and then turned to me and said, it only took partial payment you owe $970.?!? Realizing had done something wrong, he called the manager who yelled at him and said you " fat fingered the keyboard in charge this man $2970." I only had a few thousand dollars in that account. Of course I got a message from the bank. He did apologize, processed a transaction for a refund. I went to hand him a credit card, and then said to him look, I would much rather that clear from the bank, I get my funds back. My wife will be in when that happens likely that will be Monday. He said fine but make sure she comes back. I said don't worry I gave him my drivers license and my phone number and drove away. Monday came, still hadn't cleared, you left me a message on my cell phone asking me if we would please come back and take care of this. Monday night it did finally clear, I told my wife she would need to get in there Tuesday and take care of this. Tuesday morning, he called at 6 AM, 615, 630, 7 AM, 720 finally left a message saying that if we didn't take care of this and pay cash, he would call the police. Working for a business out of state, I leave my companies phone number on my voicemail, he proceeded to call my company and left another threatening message, threatening to call the police over an oil change. .... Broke just a few laws there! Even the IRS cannot threaten you and they can't call you at 6 AM in the morning. My wife went back down to the business on Tuesday and said I'll put this on a credit card, the young man who is at the desk, refused and said cash only. She went over and got cash across the street, came back and they refused to give her a cash receipt! Honestly, I was not mad at them when I left, mistakes happen and I don't really think I'm angry now however LOUSY customer service, lousy training when it comes to things like this and the owner/manager is in Louisiana. No access to even send him an email and let him know what happened. No offer, never an offer for a discount because they caused me so much problem. I didn't need that and probably would've refuse that, but it would've been at least something for our aggravation and. HAVING BEEN THREATENED when THEY made a mistake in charge me $2000 for a oil change and flush/Phil BEWARE
