The weight lifting area seems congested but it's not that bad. There's cardio machines by the free weights but there is also a designated cardio room which contains more equipment. The locker rooms and sauna are much better than the Wilson gym on Main JBLM; they're cleaner and more ventilated. Avoid going during PT hours of early evenings; it seems to be the most packed during those time!

We had a horrible experience with our dog in the board and train program with Bud Hancock. It was a…read morenightmare. It was so difficult just to get our dog back from Bud. He wouldn't return our calls and when he did he'd say that he needed more time, etc. When we did finally get him back, he had lost so much weight, he had scabs and open cuts on his neck and was a different dog, withdrawn, fearful and completely exhausted. I'll never forgive myself for trusting this company and I'm horrified to think of what my dog may have gone through during this so called training.
