The women's locker rooms also smell but is bearable if you don't stay long, which is why I refuse to ever shower there and use the bathrooms located by the treadmills. A few of their treadmills are inoperable but there's plenty of cardio machines for those who wanna lose their gains, I mean get a good sweat! (Just joking, running is good for the body). Just don't forget to bring your Military ID when going to this gym to work out or have someone sign you in with a guest pass if you're a civilian.

Between school, sports and swim classes this deployment flew by. Soldiers Field made it that much easier for me as well. I enrolled both kids here for swim classes, they fill up fast and you have to know when open enrollment is, especially for the older swim classes but once you're in they roll you over into the next class until open enrollment starts again. The staff here are overall so nice and the instructors here have so much patience with the kids and really give them the tools they need to be able to not only become comfortable with the water but actually learn how to swim. My little one went from being semi scared of the water to now jumping in and being excited about showing me how he can put his head under water and make bubbles. My older one had one other swim lesson in his life and then did 3 here and he now can stay above water and has the basics for swimming down.

The weight lifting area seems congested but it's not that bad. There's cardio machines by the free weights but there is also a designated cardio room which contains more equipment. The locker rooms and sauna are much better than the Wilson gym on Main JBLM; they're cleaner and more ventilated. Avoid going during PT hours of early evenings; it seems to be the most packed during those time!

The bank account that this facility pulls money from for our membership has my name on it! Is that not enough verification? We notified my husband's personal trainer he would be leaving the gym over 30 days ago and she is still charging us. I find this situation to be extremely sexist in how she handle it and I personally would not workout at this facility due to the poor treatment of Laura.
