They had a 3 week wait, made the appointment and so glad I did. Arrived at 8:00am, everyone so friendly and nice, and by 10:00am the motor mount was replaced. Discovered my ball bearings on the passenger side needed to be replaced also, ordered the part & gave me a ride back home. Once ready, they picked me up in my suv so I could hear/experience what an amazing job they did! There were no other customers there but he told me that he was there by himself and had no help so he didn't think he do the job. He stated that he was going to have the woman inside fired tomorrow when "everyone" was at work. He told me I could come back tomorrow and they would put the tires on. I'm no tire technician but I would think that one person could put on a set of tires with no help. Hell, I would have helped him if that could get job done. I left and went to Walmart. No problem getting the tires put on there by one tech. Took about 45 min. If you don't want anyones business close the doors turn out the lights and go home. Pathetic

They told her it might just need to be serviced. She had not had the car 12 hours before it started hesitating and lost power while shifting. The red light came on in the dash indicating the transmission. She took it back to them and they serviced the transmission, told her to drive it over the weekend and they would touch base with her on Monday. She invited me to ride along with her over the weekend. The car is still shifting hard and jerking witnessed by both of us. They did not contact her on Monday. On Tuesday she took the car back to them. Now they are saying something about her "driving patterns" (?) May be causing the problems with what we both think is a faulty transmission. At this point I and she feels they are stalling and giving her the run around. Whats worse is we feel the probably knew the transmission was bad when they sold it to her. If they don't attempt to make her satisfied with her purchase, I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from them. I certainly won't nor will I use their services anymore.

3 strikes, you're out…read more.. #1, My daughter brought her 2017 GMC Terrain in with a bad clunking noise, $290 later, no trouble found. 4 mos later found a strut unattached on Pass side and bad brakes and pads all around ($1600 repair from Greeneville Tire & Performance, great work, professional, and problems were fixed; highly recommended)! #2, Brought my 2003 Ford Escape in for dead battery. $280 and 2 days later, nothing found in their electrical tests. Next week, dead battery. Found the cig lighter was direct wired to the Instacam. If car isn't used, battery can get exhausted. Jumped, only use Instacam when using car, problem was self-corrected. #3, Brought my 2003 Ford Escape in for a check engine light. They checked it for $98 and told me too rusty to repair. Got 2nd opinion from Rusty's in Greeneville and $90 later was all fixed. Turns out squirrels can be deviates. Move your cars daily. All fixed. Went to Owner, Kent, I believe (something like that), of Pro Service with both bills. Explained and all I got was Mr. Dummy staring back. No offer to compensate, split, or even apologize. Told him I'll never be back and he could care less. DON'T USE PRO SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE USED! TO THIS END, DON'T GO TO PRO SERVICE AUTO (unless you want to be ripped off)!

Stuck on a gravel road, my boy sent me his location and Google led me to Grooms Auto. Roger was able to locate him and repair his tire at an extremely reasonable rate. It is difficult to know your kid is stranded a few hundred miles away, but it makes it easier to know there are small businesses like this to help ease the worries.
