When I showed up, I was honestly pretty nervous and felt out of my element, but he was very welcoming and helpful when I didn't know what I was doing. I left feeling like I got a great workout. I love the energy and music during class. It's also a parent to me that there is a strong supportive community that attends classes here. After class, some of the other people welcome to me to the gym. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this place. If you're looking for a good workout, you'll be leaving feeling more strong and confident in your fitness abilities.

I have also noticed bugs on the carpeted areas. The bathrooms are equally neglected. The women's restroom has been out of toilet paper for days at a time and is frequently dirty. To make matters worse, the owners are never present to assist members or manage these ongoing issues. I do not recommend this gym. The ownership handles customer feedback with hostility and fails to maintain basic cleanliness and amenities.

The gym equipment was outdated, the facility often felt dirty, and there seemed to be very little enforcement of basic cleanliness, including making sure equipment was wiped down after use. In addition, the membership upgrades were extremely overpriced considering what was actually offered compared with other local gyms. What was even more frustrating was the billing experience after we canceled. Despite canceling our membership and contacting Chuze multiple times, charges continued to be withdrawn from my bank account. I was told the issue would be corrected, but the charges continued. I ultimately had to cancel my debit card and close the bank account to prevent additional unauthorized withdrawals. Based on my experience, I would strongly stay away from this gym. It is dirty, nasty, over crowded, and overpriced compared to what other much nicer nearby gyms offer. Be aware!!​

Many times my watch shows a decibel level of 97+ decibels. That is not healthy. The cafe there has a motto that says, "if it's here it's healthy". That is not true with the classes because the music is so loud it will damage your hearing and nobody wants that. And nobody wants the instructor to be yelling constantly. That is not motivating. This happens in more than one class with more than one instructor. Not sure what they are thinking.

She's autistic- not stupid. She's been swimming for 4 years and can get out of the pool just fine. If you have concerns or questions, talk to the parent. When I overheard him and asked why she can't go anymore (she had gone 2X already), then he said she was struggling to get out- which she wasn't. Then he said she could go a few more times. C) My daughter walks up the stairs and waits her turn to go one last time before they close the slide. THEN when its her turn, the attendant sends her down and says she can't go because she doesn't have a wristband. If you're going to enforce a wristband, CHECK IN THE BEGINNING, not let her go twice, give her trouble, say she can go, then refuse to let her go and send her down again. My daughter was absolutely heartbroken. These incompetent little teenage "lifeguards" really ruin the experience. I definitely foresee a lawsuit in their future. I also waited 20 + min for a $15 burger I asked to be plain for my daughter and it came out covered in sauce and with tomatoes and lettuce, so my daughter couldn't eat it. This location really stains the Lifetime Fitness brand.
