This happened in October of 2021, and my car is still suffering from their negligence. Took it in for a standard oil change, fluid top off and windshield wiper blade replacement. One of the mechanics opened my door to check the proper measurements for tire pressure, seems fine until they slammed the door shut so hard that they KNOCKED THE ENTIRE WINDOW off the track and broke it. When I asked them to put the window back, they claimed they weren't "allowed" to handle such a repair, which I now know is code for "we can't admit to damaging a customer's car". It was a $400+ repair to get the window back on track and the damaged parts replaced, and I had to find another garage in Adrian to do the work. As for the wiper blades... They never really worked right. They barely cleaned the windshield in the two years that I had them on the car. When I went to replace them with a new set, I discovered that the blades that these "professionals" used were the WRONG SIZE. They were not compatible with my car's model despite the blades being an adequate size, meaning that they were never going to do the job correctly. These people are quick at their jobs, but far from professional! They're sloppy with their work, don't double-check anything and will damage your car without any care once you paid your bill and you're on your way. Avoid this place! Especially since they charge $60 for an oil change when every other garage in Adrian will do it for half that price without breaking your vehicle. read more

Only took them forty-five minutes to change my oil, fix the leak, check the radiator, replace the coolant, check and adjust the tire pressure and replace a brake light. Went to top off my wiper fluid but since I didn't need it they didn't add it to the charge and I was on my way faster than I expected. I paid just over $200 for all of this, so I got great service without breaking the bank. Will return for my next oil change! read more

I've been taking my vehicles here for a few years; over the past six months, the upselling and outright misleading tactics have been getting worse. The old "your air cleaner's filthy and should be changed every 15,000 miles" line. While I was there, I heard the manager tell another customer that there was sludge build-up in her van and she should have the engine flushed. Another common, unnecessary upcharge. Went today to get an oil change. They broke my dipstick off, and then broke my valve stem. Which has a sensor. Giggled, laughed, made light. Then had the audacious nerve to charge me in the end. They replaced the valve stem wot a rubber, non sensor valve stem because I refused to pay $65 for it to be replaced. After trying to scramble to find parts. One worker got mad that it might come out of his pocket, and stated so. I had just had my tires checked the week before, and also checked my oil recently. I watched him pull and twist with all the he had and busted it off. They all took responsibility until they found out how much it was to replace the valve stem. Also charged me for my dipstick in the end. After almost 2 hrs I finally got to leave. Pissed and 51 dollars lighter. I will pursue this. You as a company are in the wrong. I felt completely disrespected by the end with the attitude and snarkiness I received. My tire and dipstick were fine when I pulled into that bay. The "service attendant" Also decided to include a note on my receipt claiming it broke from no maintenance. I call BS. Those things broke because you were all too busy goofing off and are incompetent. I can change my own oil. I decided to take it in to save myself the trouble. What a mistake. Had oil change today, lot of pressure to buy add ons, charged 5$ extra to remove decorative engine cover that had two bolts, called it a skid plate. Tried to sell me air filter. After I left my, a/c was not working. I did not have it on when I arrived so I can't be sure it was working but it had been working earlier in week. While the one service man showed me my air filter the other one was standing by under the hood. When I left I noticed they were promoting an a/c recharge. I got very suspicious. Checked the fuse box under hood which is immediately adjacent to air filter. A/C compressor fuse was bad. Ran to auto supply and got new fuse, working great. I have no proof, just weird coincident, very suspicious. I will never go back. read more
