They were absolutely amazing and made me feel completely at ease, totally relaxed and very well taken care of :) ! They both worked really diligently and hard to remove the dead skin cells before smoothening the skin around my nail beds, and before applying the pink gel color I had requested :) ! The soothing and calming music in the background also helped me feel totally comfortable and helped me forget my worries, even if it was just momentarily! The water they used and the tools they used for my manicure and pedicure were very clean :) ! Julia asked me throughout my session if the water temperature was too hot or too cold - she wanted to ensure that the temperature was just right :) ! I specified that I wanted to get gel nails for both my hands and my feet, and the staff members were really great about making sure that they didn't add on to the length of my nails :) ! Especially since I wanted to keep the same nail length :) ! The pricing is very reasonable, even for their deluxe packages :) ! You don't have to break the bank just to treat yourself ;) ! Suli did mine, and Lulu did my friend's facial. Our faces were reborn that day at Bali Ayu! At checkout, we were astounded by how tight, plump, and bright our faces felt and looked afterward.
