    I wish I could say I love this place... I can say I tried, but the efforts on Tailwaggers did not…read more It's going to be easier to just number the numerous mishaps that have happened to me... 1) purchased bandanas from them, for my dogs, and wrote a check... got a call a week later, from the person at the front desk (I will let this person remain nameless) that I made the check out to the wrong person, and I need to give them another one. Checked my account, the check had been cashed... ok, simple mistake (but they add up). 2) called to book my dogs for a 3 night stay. The (nameless) front desk lady could not get the dates right the first three times I said them. Annoying, but I can brush that off too. As soon as I get off the phone, she calls me right back and says that I had just left my credit card there. Nope, can't physically leave a credit card there over the phone. I called to make the booking, didn't go there. Now I'm starting to think, "what the heck..." 3) go to drop my dogs off on a Saturday. I arrive 10 till acceptance time. Nobody is there. Cars are piling in to drop dogs off and pick them up. 30 min passes, nobody is there. People are calling Tailwaggers to report this issue, but there is only a message machine. There is no alternate number to contact. I ended up having to find alternate care for my dogs bc I was going out of town and already late. This not only was super inconvenient, but it made me sad for the animals in the facility that had not been fed or let out to use the restroom. I understand people can be late for work, but the fact that there are living beings in the building and NO WAY to get in touch with anyone to let them know nobody is there, is beyond me. While waiting, I spoke to a few other ladies who had not been pleased lately. When I called after my trip, to find out what had happened, Shannon was the only person who talked me into giving them another chance (management should praise her for her efforts). 4) the final chance... drop my dogs off for a 4 night stay. Pick them up to find out one of my dogs was only fed half her food (with verbal AND written feeding instruction), and she had blood on her back and ear. I called to speak with the owner and was told she would call me back. The next afternoon, I called back... was told she was in a session and would call me after she was done. Called again the next day... "oh, she's in a session...". Nope, I'm done! The owner CLEARLY does not care about her customers, the care of the pets or her front desk staff that can't get much right. It's three, going on four, days and I still haven't received a call. When I asked the (nameless) front desk to explain why my dog was only fed half her food, and why she had blood on her, she literally said, "I don't have an answer". I have no doubt that this place has been amazing, especially after reading the reviews. BUT, from my discussion with other ladies in the parking lot, and my own experiences, it's going down hill. If you love your pets like children, enter with caution or consider another boarding facility.
