I came in after sitting on my couch for 3 years during the pandemic, so out of shape I could barely walk without huffing and puffing. I was 68 years old. I took a trial class and then signed up for 1 month immediately after. The difference is that my depression & mood has greatly improved. I feel inspired by the classes and the other members in class. My stamina has grown and my body is so much stronger and healthier. My posture is better.. instead of being hunched over, I can now stand up straight and walk with confidence. Couples massage: Jen and Jade were beyond professional and relatable. They first sat us down and asked if we'd had massages before, if there were any spots they should avoid or focus on. We had an actual conversation prior to the treatment and their delivery was spot on. I so appreciate how Jen and Jade allowed us to enjoy our massage in silence. And every so often, when I had a comment, they chimed in and laughed with my honey and I! Then back to silent enjoyment. Through the entire massage, I felt they were very present, engaging, professional, and kind. Couples facial: Amanda and Tamara were so knowledgeable and skilled in their craft! Every question that my sweetheart and I had regarding skincare, Amanda and Tamara answered. Personally, it can be a jarring experience for me, having someone work so closely to my face. But Tamara's energy was inviting and safe and she was so gentle! After the facial, Amanda and Tamara checked in with how my sweetheart and I were feeling and gave us privacy to slowly get ready for our next experience. Pool/Hot tub: Is there truly a better way to end the day than to soak in a hot tub with palm trees and cabanas? I think not. Part of the deal was a beverage tray and floating food tray. First, Jana knew that my sweetheart and I don't drink alcohol, so Jana prepared non-alcoholic champagne! This was a special treat for us, as normally, we simply deny the alcohol and swallow the cost (that's already included in the deal). It was incredibly thoughtful of Jana to have something else prepared for us to enjoy. Along with the non-alcoholic champagne, she prepared clarifying mint tea, coffee, and sparkling mineral water. So refreshing as we floated in bliss. Then came the food tray. Oh. My. Droooooool. Tiramisu birthday cake, the biggest raspberry macaron, a quarter pineapple artfully displayed in the shell, crisp green grapes, literally the best turkey/bacon sandwich, and a delectable grilled chicken salad. Y'all, literally every single bite was top-tier. To top off the surprise, turns out Jana is the masterchef behind this amazing spread! It takes place in a private residence in the Malibu so you're not given the address until a few days before your scheduled appointment. Kirscha and Luca were very nice and welcoming; they led us to the area where they conducted the soundbath and it was spacious, clean, and I felt very comfortable. Rather than give everything away about the experience, I will say this: it was truly relaxing! I wasn't sure what to expect; there were areas where they didn't physically touch me, but I felt tenderness in the area the next day (the vibrations from the soundbath affect tense areas in the body). After it was over, I felt very mellow and at ease. In terms of price, I would say this one is on the higher end, but your experience is worth it as you look at the view- the expanse of the ocean, the crisp fresh ocean breeze, I really had a lovely time.

I met Tracy years ago when she helped me with a particularly difficult family situation. I was…read morecompletely shocked that days later (and still to this day) I've felt healed, relieved, and strengthened by the work and ceremony that she performed on me. It was truly incredible! Here's where it gets good. I haven't spoken to Tracy for years. We haven't talked, texted, or emailed. Nothing! A week ago I was sharing the work I did with Tracy with a dear friend who was sharing some trauma. Within 48 hours of speaking about Tracy and the work we did, she called me out of the blue because she felt me talking about her. And then fortuitously I happened to be in LA on business and we connected for a chat. The energy, healing powers, and flat out AMAZINGNESS that is Tracy is as real as it gets. I enjoyed it then, and I recently after a renewed desire to get back into the flow, I revisited this new location, and loved it so much, I'm now here nearly 3-4 times a week. Some of my favorite teachers so far: - Irina Vaysfeld - Irina teaches Level 1, and 1.5/2 flow classes. I find her teaching style conscientious and invigorating. - Regan Mozingo - Regan teaches 1.5 flow. Regan does not take things too seriously, and her class is always a fun time. Every class I've taken of her's has included some much desired upside down time, and she is a talented singer and sings to us during Shavasana. - Christine LaMonica - Christine is the owner, and her classes are what made me fall in love with Prema Yoga in the first place. - Erika Kleinman - Erika's classes are fun, and push me to my edge - often what I need. - Kellie Pulce - I just finished what was basically a private class with Kellie during her weekly 5:30 - 6:30 pm 1.5 flow. Because it was just me she really pushed me so some of what we did was definitely more like 2.0 flow. There should definitely be more bodies in this class on a weekly basis - Kellie is fantastic! If you like yoga and are in the area, Prema Yoga is a great little studio to check out! Note: There's a new student special of $59 unlimited yoga for 30 days, and donation-based yoga with new Yoga Teachers on Sundays at 12:30 PM. And there's parking in the back!
