When I agreed, they started digging right away without calling OUPS to have property marked for existing utilities (as required by Ohio Revised Code). As a result, they damaged my high voltage electric line which ultimately cost me $6500 to fix. They refused to cover even half of that cost and acted very unprofessionally. So, while they ultimately did a good job on patio replacement, I observed their tendency to cutting corners and not following the proper procedures. This resulted in a very poor price to value ratio of their service to me. I would not recommend them to anybody.

We hired 131 not only for grass cutting, but for weed control, mulching, aerating, reseeding and plant trimming. Jeff is a perfectionist. He never left our yard until everything was perfect. 131 is not the cheapest lawn service out there, but his pricing is fair. You get what you pay for. Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.
