I hired Always Green Landscaping to do a backyard Patio replacement project in 2022. After…read moreremoving the old patio, they discovered a drainage pipe problem that they offered to fix (for a significant amount of additional money, of course). When I agreed, they started digging right away without calling OUPS to have property marked for existing utilities (as required by Ohio Revised Code). As a result, they damaged my high voltage electric line which ultimately cost me $6500 to fix. They refused to cover even half of that cost and acted very unprofessionally. So, while they ultimately did a good job on patio replacement, I observed their tendency to cutting corners and not following the proper procedures. This resulted in a very poor price to value ratio of their service to me. I would not recommend them to anybody.

I had several verbal quotes on lawn installation. We decided that we only wanted half of the work done and gave the go ahead to do half the job. I came home and found an entire lawn installed. It wasn't what was agreed to. I feel that this was part of the plan--do all the work---then bill! Second problem: I had about ten 15 foot white pine trees installed. These are significant trees. Two of them died in the first six months. I contacted the landscaper and he refused to do anything. It is standard that large plants, trees, and bushes are warranted for one year. Not from this landscaper. I can't recommend using this business. Very bad experience. More work done than asked for. Lost more than $1000 on two trees that died.
