After the first visit from Steve and Allen, the weeds started disappearing but then the bare spots really showed up. Had them come out and do an over seed process and the results were amazing. We have a yard that went from weed infested to very close to being golf course green. They don't use short cuts. First they aerated the yard, then the seeder they use distributes the seed and covers it, then they rolled it and also put down a starter fertilizer. We watered our yard like we were told and the results were amazing. We had them do both our front and back yard and couldn't be happier. Several of our neighbors have commented on how nice the yard looks. We plan on using them again next summer to keep the yard looking great. I have had a lawn care company take care of my lawn for years. At the beginning of the spring my lawn looks great. But as time went on, I kept getting more and more weeds. When I reported it, they would spray my lawn to kill the weeds, along with my grass. Two years ago, I asked them to level out my back yard and plant new grass. The leveling not good at all, and when it started to grow it was nothing but weeds. That was the final straw. This past Fall I requested Lawn Doctor of Chagrin Falls - Chardon to come by for a quote. Within the hour, Alan Eggleston who is the owner was at my property to do an assessment. With no sales pressure he recommended a weed spraying treatment for the yard. I was leaving for work, and to my amazement and at no cost to me, he took care of blowing a load and a half of leaves off my back yard to a corner of my property to be picked up later. The leaves didn't need weed killer and fertilizer but they covered the grass. Two weeks later he stopped back by at no cost again, and sprayed a second application to get at some particularly stubborn weeds spreading throughout my lawn. Lawn doctor has cared for my home's front and backyards for fifteen years and my grass is beautiful! Thick, lush, and the favorite of every local dog to stop on walks and just roll around! Yesterday first application of season done and the technician Becky, did an amazing job, she was very thorough even removing tree branches that had fallen so application was even. In addition, some patio furniture had strayed onto lawn and she cared enough to move it back and continue a perfect service! Highly recommend lawn Doctor and owner Allan is very helpful. Alan has been caring for my lawn for four years. Before Alan, I had moles leaving dirt mounds everywhere, ivy taking over the lawn and skunks and raccoons digging up my yard [searching for the moles and grubs]. Alan knows his business.
