I reached out just a week before our visitors arrived, and Mac & Kat were incredible to work with. They completed the consultation right away and managed to fit us into their schedule in time for our guests. They were extremely professional and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, making sure all of our questions were answered and that we were completely on the same page. They explained each step thoroughly and educationally, which gave us complete peace of mind. The house looked wonderful, and I will definitely be using their services again the next time we have guests coming to stay!

When I followed up to see what happened, they stated they didn't come because they lacked my address. I will be looking elsewhere for a more reliable company.

Did not dust the hanging lights, ceiling fans, top of the fridge, or blinds. Did not wipe the fronts of cabinets. Missed one room altogether, my tv room. She was done in under an hour. I was told after the fact that most of these things are an upcharge. And due to liability issues they don't dust anything hanging on the wall (mirrors, artwork and pictures). I have had cleaning ladies for over 25 years and they did all of these tasks expertly and every time. They usually worked for 2 1/2 hours and I have never, ever paid more than 100 dollars. I don't understand how these gals expect to make more money than someone with a Masters degree or in a union job.
