I took pictures of the house after they "cleaned". BIGGEST SCAM EVER. They did say they would come back, which one cleaner did. Yet the house was still not done to the level of clean they advertised. Vents, light fixtures, dishwasher, window sills, etc. were still left dirty. Peep the pictures to see just SOME of their cleaning. I borderline wanted to report it to my bank account as fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EDITED: Owner states that these are from the before. I will post the time stamps to show these photos are 1000% from after. Secondly, painters were not there until the next day, when your cleaner came back. I was not present for the final walk through, my husband was, he was unaware of the secondary clean so he would not know what he was looking at. There was thick dust on most of the registers and light fixtures even after she came back, like seriously, there was hair still left in the showers. I can see you want to justify your companies shotty work, buts let's fact check instead of gas lighting. Painters came on Tuesday the first time, my appointment was Monday. The secondary clean was at the same time my painters arrived. Your cleaners failed to clean, point blank. AND if that is how they "clean their best and adhere their 40 pt checklist" I am deeply concerned for your quality and future clients. I did reach out that I was not satisfied and this is where you sent someone to come back, again, the work was the worst I have ever seen for what I would expect. The list could go on and on. My wife just had two surgeries and has cancer so she could not move the furniture.  She wanted the carpets cleaned and I still must work full time. I am in my 70's and could not be there. I thought having the carpet cleaned for her would be a nice surprise to cheer her up.  It did not. There website specifically states (hidden it the frequently asked questions):    "Generally our carpet cleaning technicians will be able to move small furniture for you - like chairs and coffee tables" I am very disappointed in what they did.  There before and after photos on their website clearly show that there was no furniture in the rooms leading me to believe that they would at least move the furniture to clean around it.  Their site should be clear in what they are providing when they quote cleaning a room.  They only did the areas you walk on.  I had to search their website for several minutes to find ANY description of what is and is not included. They called us after I sent the above to their corporate headquarters, but they only wanted to state they did a great job. They DID NOT. That is not customer satisfaction. There were no hidden fees nor was there the constant barrage of upsell attempts I've experienced from other services. Mike did an excellent job at cleaning my carpeting. It was more like having a friend over to clean the carpet rather than a contractor. Mike explained everything about problem areas and shared tips on how to prolong the life of my carpet. There were a few persistent stains that didn't come out entirely but that was due to my neglecting the carpet for six years. Mike brought in two industrial sized drying fans to speed along the drying. Something I've never seen from the competitors. I'm preparing to move out of the region, but if I were staying, Centtera would be my carpet cleaning service of choice from now on. Highly recommended.
