I receive a text this morning saying they will be at my house on November 5 between 8:30-9:00 to do the duct cleaning. I never received a call from them to confirm the appointment and I had multiple questions to ask about the procedure and what is to be done on my part. I am VERY disappointed that the company chooses to conduct their business this way and not contact their customers in any way or even do a follow up call. I will NOT be using their service.
