Then they told me it couldn't even be fixed because the washer was completely broken. They promised me a refund since they couldn't do the job. I paid about $500. Communication is absolutely terrible, Marcus no showed / no called on multiple appointments. When he did show, he was several hours late of the window they had established. They did send Jamie on a weekend but all she managed to do was make our machine completely broken as opposed to just quirky. So now we're stuck with a washer that worked a bit before and now doesn't work at all and they won't respond to calls on what the plan is moving forward. They've broken their express commitment to fix the problem and don't have the courtesy (or bravery?) to simply tell us they're not coming back. It's ridiculous to us that they won't even respond to come and get their brand new part out of the washer before we get rid of it to replace with a new one. We're just absolutely flabbergasted at how much this company doesn't respect their clients time , with all the no call/no shows, late arrivals and capping it off with their ghosting. I cannot stress enough that if you need work done on your appliance, look elsewhere.
