I think it's hard to find a good dentist. So I hope this review helps... I have been to many dentists in Loveland and have always ended up searching for another. When I found Perfect Teeth, I felt this was the place to stay. I think their entire staff is good at what they do. They are thorough and don't try to take advantage of you by providing unnecessary services (this is a major problem I have had with dentists in the past). They are clean and helpful, and something that I think is especially good for kids, gentle. read more

The dentist, Dr Joy Steen at the West Eisenhower, Loveland location is great and very gentle and kind and she gets a 5 star rating. However, both my wife and I have had our 6 month check up cancelled. My mid May check up cannot be scheduled until November. So....we need to find another dental office. Any suggestions? After two weeks of trying to reach someone in the office (which was easy to do before the Brident takeover), I kept being sent to the call center. I was experiencing worse pain after the procedure and wanted to know what to do; all I wanted was to talk to the dentist who performed the work. I tried calling about 30 times, but the call center was unhelpful and gave me the run-around. I also tried emailing and using the emergency number but encountered the same issues: the call center couldn't connect me to the office. There is no way to contact the office, and the call center is misinformed and malfunctioning and screwed up my appointments - and I had to wait a month to get back in due to their fault! I eventually had to take time off work to drive across town. When I finally spoke to the receptionist (who was sweet and understood my frustration), she informed me that their computer systems were down and promised to call me later that day or the next to schedule an appointment for Friday. That call never happened despite my providing all my information. I even asked if a doctor could look at it quickly to ensure there was no infection - nope, no dentist was in the office that day. And now they want to close the Fort Collins office and bring them to this site? Good luck getting in and promptly - even in an emergency. They didn't inform me that I might need adjustments after the procedure, and they usually schedule follow-ups, but that didn't occur either. The office manager was rude and condescending, arguing with me when I mentioned that I hadn't been told about needing an adjustment--basically calling me a liar. They also changed my dentist without notifying me, and now it's nearly impossible to get an appointment for months, which was never an issue before. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else; Brident has ruined this office. I am going elsewhere and have used this office for many years. read more

I had an initial appointment here Nov 13, 2025 for cleaning,, exam, x-rays. Had looked inline and saw the amazing price to sign up for annual free exams/xrays/discounts so was trying to decide. Took half day of vacation to drive an hour down from the mountains. Arrived and was greeted by a friendly front desk, however I was informed they had left a message 20 minutes prior that Dentist was called out in family emergency. I always say I would rather wait for the emergency than be the emergency so I didn't freak out. Asked if I could still get cleaning since I drove down/took time off which after asking someone ended up being yes. I asked the price and was told "it depends" and was trying to clarify when office manger comes out promoting their subscription which will save 30% on cleaning. Only I want to at least meet a dentist before I commit to a year by paying for this plan. So I decide I should just accept a reschedule for a time the dentist is in. The office manager tells me well you won't get a new appointment as a new patient until at least LATE December. So I say I will call back. I think it is crazy and unfair that THEY cancel after I have taken a half day PTO and driven almost an hour each way, and then they cannot fit me an appointment for that long because I am "new"! It took me a couple of weeks to get this appointment so I have already waited once. Not sure if this is typical dis respect or not. read more

They suck. Don't waste your time or money. It's not worth the pain. Had a tooth break off and it needed to be removed. They scheduled an oral surgeon who pulled it without deadening it. I kept screaming. It wasn't dead and he called in 2 fat assistance to sit on both arms so I couldn't move. They absolutely suck. read more

Three different times that I was scheduled to get my teeth cleaned at the Perfect Teeth on 3400 W Eisenhower Blvd, Loveland and had to reschedule each time. This was due to the lack of communication from their 3rd party call center and internal employees. Perfect teeth is a scam and horrible place ,they take my Medicaid say it's covers and we pull 5 teeth my insurance covers 1k in teeth and pulled tooth is 106 they pull 5 teeth and I'm waiting months for dentures they lie and say my insurance isn't getting back in touch with them , I catch them in the lie which was THIER doctor left and the new doctor wasn't yet covered thru my insurance,I go somewhere else for dentures and now I have 106 dollars somehow not covered by my insurance...scam artist and grifters ..do yourself a favor go some where else for your dentistry. read more

I received expert care from Dr Douglas Hardy, at the Perfect Teeth office on West Eisenhower Blvd, in Loveland CO. The staff were all nice too. I had a tooth implant. The X-ray to be sure the implant was in place properly, looked perfect. I don't know what was in the needle to numb the area, but it worked completely and quickly. The whole visit couldn't have gone any better. read more

We decided to go with Brident for my son's second set of braces because it was less expensive and it has been the worst mistake. I can never get through to their office, the answering service is not helpful and it's always the same story, I'm on hold for 5 minutes and they come back saying that the office is with another patient. The office does not follow up with their patients to make sure they have the regular check ups and adjustments. It all seems like a money making scheme one in which the patient comes second. I would recommend going with someone else for braces if you are able. read more

Confirmed with office team that our insurance was accepted be for the wisdom teeth removal. Services were great! Started getting random bills requesting additional payment. Could not get anyone at the Loveland office to give an explanation for the late bill and actually reaching someone is exceedingly difficult. Website offers no contact info. I opted to be put into semi concious state for my wisdom teeth removal, but when the time came the drugs seemingly had no effect, I had no time to communicate this before they started cutting into my gums. When started to have a massive anxiety attack and cry, I try to communicate that I am fully conscious and fully aware but the dentist said he had already given me the maximum possible of the drug, and basically told me to suck it up. So I, fully conscious, am having my wisdom removed, crying and shaking the whole fucking time. Outside of this traumatizing experience, they charged me me to have four teeth removed, but only removed too. We were half way home when I realized this and had to drive back. We came here for a root canal during this pandemic. They started the root canal and got halfway through and decided they couldn't do it because they didn't have the right tools. They put a cotton ball over the open tooth, and kicked us out telling us to call around to find someone to do it. No pain meds or anything after leaving the tooth open. My family (6 of us) have been coming to perfect teeth for over 10 years, and have had nothing but good service!! There is open communication, and I am always given an estimate beforehand, so I am never surprised!. My kids range from 6 to 17, and i have brought the youngest here since she was 3. We are very happy with the work that we have had done. The staff are all very friendly and understanding, as we have different needs in our family. They are very patient, and address each case specifically. We wouldn't trade them for anyone!! read more

I saw Dr. Hardy at Perfect Teeth about two weeks ago for wisdom teeth extraction. The extraction was not bad, except I paid for IV sedation and remember everything that happened and Dr. Hardy's bedside manner is subpar at best. Also don't expect any aftercare instructions because they give you a "post-op instruction" sheet that provide the most vague instructions lumped together for any oral surgery. The receptionist was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered and don't ever expect to be called back, even if your mouth won't stop bleeding. If you like your personal information to stay private, don't count on that here because patient files were scattered all over in plain view for anyone to read. Wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

I would not recommend Perfect Teeth! I have periodontal disease which was shown on x-rays taken etc. and just a regular dental cleaning was always done on me. I needed more than that, like scaling which should have been recommended for me and wasn't. About a year later I was referred to Dr. Hardy in Longmont for a periodontal consult and did not like his manner at all! He basically wanted to just take out 4 teeth and actually told me that he didn't know what exactly he could do for me. What dentist tells a patient that??? ICK! If you are needing a dentist find one in a private office and not a franchise like this where the care for the patient does not seem to matter much. And, if you have periodontal disease like I do go to Hollis and Riggs in Loveland. read more

Why 3-stars you ask? I needed a new dentist for my family and Perfect Teeth was in my network. I found Dr. Kent and the entire staff to be amazingly friendly people. From front counter to the back everyone was friendly and very patient and informative. It was a very pleasant visit and I would happily have given them 5 stars, EXCEPT... The first think you see is a very old house and a parking lot that is crumbling with a big hole in the center and trash in the bushes. You walk through the door and the waiting room is dated, along with the pictures and plants. You walk to the exam room and you see a carpet that is dirty and thin. In the exam room is more dated furnishings and blinds in the exam room and bathroom are dirty and the window has a film. If the entire office is this old and not updated, I had to wonder if the equipment is also not up to date. I would have to think about referring friends or even coming back. But the staff is 5-stars! I I most definitely would not recommend " PERFECT TEETH " I went in to complain about pain in my upper and lower teeth and as usual they took x-rays and said that i am going to need crowns, so I agreed that they were right. Well, a month later my crowns came in and were inserted, but week later I complained about pain, but Dr. Phillip Sanchez said it was a normal thing. Month later I was still experiencing pain, and by the way this was at 3499 W. Eisenhower, so i decided to go to the other place of business of Perfect teeth located at 1685 Rocky Mountain Ave, #400 Loveland Colorado and I had a different Dr. who i explained my problem DR. Yvette McMullen she took x-rays and even before she viewed screen, she knew from a distance that i needed a root canal and not crowns. I paid 1.500.00 dollars for crowns that i didn't even need. Dr. McMullen was nice and would recommend her but stay away from Dr. Phillip Sanchez . read more

I'm new in town and went to perfect teeth to get a filling. They took xrays of EVERY tooth in my mouth and then was going to bill me 265.00 to fill my tooth but what bothered me the most was they totally ignored my painful tooth and wanted me to spend almost ten thousand dollars to fix my teeth that "I don't take care of". Yea, that's what they told me! If your looking for a quack dentist or rude staff, and EXPENSIVE treatments, then go here. If not, I would DEFINATLY look elsewhere. This place was a joke!!!! I'm a long-time (ten years +) client of this practice and have recommended it to a number of my friends...and here's why: they're enthusiastically willing to work with me on both my care and my comfort (er...lack of comfort) with pain. I'll admit it: I'm not a fan of dental work but they make it as enjoyable as can reasonably be expected. They've also gone the extra mile in seeing me on short notice and have impressed me with follow-up, demonstrating a sincere concern for my well-being. As an old medical center guy myself, I know that insurance and billing is complicated--but the front office staff have been thorough and helpful the few times I was unsure the paperwork had somehow gotten sideways with the corporate office. Great place! They got me in and out in no time, fast but very efficient and great staff! The hygienist Michele was very pleasant and did a great job, and performed one of the best cleanings I have ever gotten! The manager Amy was also very nice and knowledgable and was able to answer any questions I had. And of course cannot forget about the hygiene assistant Tiffany who can always make you laugh, keeping a smile on your face, and did a amazing job at polishing! I had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Hardey. I would not take my dog back to this place. For one he didn't numb me at all before he stuck me with the needle. Then not one minute after he injected the local anesthesia, he started to pull the tooth. I felt a shooting pain and he argued with me and said it was pressure not pain, he said he put enough in there for an elephant. He kept poking me with the needle...... "can you feel that? Can you feel that?" You would think he could at least wait a few minutes till it kicks in. They dint even give me a care pack of gauze to take home. I had to stop at Walgreens on my way home. I have been to many dentist and I'm new to Loveland..... I will NEVER go back to this place. read more

My daughter has been having wisdom teeth pain, so we called our insurance to get places that would be covered. They suggested "Perfect Teeth". We made the appointment, gave them our insurance information and were ready to have her surgery today. I had my daughter reach out yesterday to ask about paperwork and if they had preauthorized our insurance. They had not reached out to us yet, which should have been done since she needed to fast for 6-8 hours. They emailed us the patient registration and paperwork that we needed to sign, but nothing with about how much would be out of pocket. They told me that we couldn't do anything other than IV sedation, and I knew that my insurance was not going to cover a lot of that. Once we went over the procedure and what was going to be due out of pocket, I knew we weren't going to be able to do it today, so we rescheduled for January. As we were leaving, I was charged a $10 consultation fee. A fee for them to tell me she had impacted wisdom teeth (Which we knew, her last appointment with her dentist was in July), and to tell me that I owed $958 today. As I was leaving, I said "I know this is no fault of yours, but maybe in the future this could be done over the phone so that no one's time is wasted". Dr. Hardy, one of the rudest people I've ever met, from the beginning of the appointment to the end, decided to chime in and let me know that they can't do the consultation and preauthorize the insurance until they know what they are doing. However, I was never asked to provide xrays from her appointment in July, which Dr. Hardy proceeded to tell me that things can change quickly for 17 year olds in 6 months, so there was nothing to preauthorize. As someone who has worked in dentistry and in medical billing, I know for a fact that you can preauthorize and give and estimated cost. I decided after dealing with Dr. Hardy for about 2 minutes that we would not be going back there and cancelled our appointment for January. I have met arrogant Dentists before, but Dr. Hardy is another level! read more

My wife went here for a bunch of dental work, and they also referred her to their oral surgeon in Broomfield for extracting some teeth. The dentist at the Loveland office said that if the oral surgeon did a bone graft, she would be able to get implants later on. So we went ahead and did the bone graft for an extra $800, all out of pocket by the way. So then once her mouth healed we tried to go to the next step and get the implants done. Well, the Broomfield doctor said we had to set it up through the Loveland dentist, to get fitted and order the implants, and the Loveland dentist said we had to go to the Broomfield doctor. I talked to both dentists twice about this, and never got it figured out. So we either have to go to an entirely different dentist and do the x-rays and start all over, or just forget it and waste $800. Also, at our last visit they gave us this bottle of mouthwash at the end of the visit. It was a fluoride rinse, and we don't use fluoride so we just tossed it. Two months later we got a bill for $31. No explanation, just "you owe us $31". So I called and they said we owed them for the mouthwash! There was no mention that we were being charged for it, or whether we even wanted it. Imagine going to an eye doctor and they give you a lens cleaner with your new glasses, and then later send you an inflated bill for it. read more

I am a long-lime patient at the west Loveland office. I had an appointment for 8:50. Yesterday they called to confirm my "9:00" appointment. I split the difference and arrived at 8:55 and signed in. There was no one at the front desk, only a sign saying that they were all in a meeting and to please have a seat. At 9:10 I walked out, not having seen or heard a single person. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this office. In addition, the office has been experiencing ongoing telephone issues - it is sometimes impossible to contact them. Even messages don't seem to go through. As a result, I am transferring my files and business to the Centerra office. I am doing this because we have their insurance plan. Had there not been a plan, I would have sought out another provider. I may still do so depending on how things go at Centerra. read more
