I have seen multiple orthodontists over the years and Dr Timock's compassion and bedside manner is beyond compare. His humor and understanding are just wonderful. I used to hate going to any dentist or ortho appointment, but I always have a great experience here! It's fun listening to him joke with kids in the clinic, so I recommend him for both children and adult patients. Most importantly to me, Dr Timock allows me to have a voice in my treatment plan and actually considers my goals and wishes, which has not been my experience with most of my other doctors in all areas of healthcare. This means more than I can express. When I first came to Dr T, I had zero expectations that the problems with my teeth and beyond would be able to be fixed, as was repeatedly discussed with him and other orthodontic professionals. Two years later, I'm amazed at the progress we have already made. He's a brilliant doctor willing to take risks (if the patient is comfortable, and he explains the risks very clearly in a way you can understand) and definitely knows what he's doing.
