I have seen multiple orthodontists over the years and Dr Timock's compassion and bedside manner is beyond compare. His humor and understanding are just wonderful. I used to hate going to any dentist or ortho appointment, but I always have a great experience here! It's fun listening to him joke with kids in the clinic, so I recommend him for both children and adult patients. Most importantly to me, Dr Timock allows me to have a voice in my treatment plan and actually considers my goals and wishes, which has not been my experience with most of my other doctors in all areas of healthcare. This means more than I can express. When I first came to Dr T, I had zero expectations that the problems with my teeth and beyond would be able to be fixed, as was repeatedly discussed with him and other orthodontic professionals. Two years later, I'm amazed at the progress we have already made. He's a brilliant doctor willing to take risks (if the patient is comfortable, and he explains the risks very clearly in a way you can understand) and definitely knows what he's doing. My other son is still in treatment but It is going smoothly thanks to Dr. Ward's talent and diligence. Dr. Ward is so patient and kind, too. My older son is high functioning Autistic and Dr. Ward was always so patient with him and very understanding when it came to his idiosyncrasies and sensory needs. Dr. Ward went above and beyond when my own permanent bonded retainer (of twenty years) broke unexpectedly. Even though he was booked for the day he saw me on his lunch hour to take it out because it was poking and hurting me. As if that weren't enough, Dr. Ward, knowing about my history of jaw pain and dysfunction was extremely gentle with me. He let me take multiple breaks and was very careful in the actual removal so as not to aggravate my jaw further. His staff is amazing as well! Always a pleasure to work with. When I found Perfect Teeth, I felt this was the place to stay. I think their entire staff is good at what they do. They are thorough and don't try to take advantage of you by providing unnecessary services (this is a major problem I have had with dentists in the past).
