The tech, Bubba, drove 4 hours, one way, the following day and replaced the sensor and got the tub up and working, as well as delivering a new hot tub cover. Very professional and responsive, thanks to Jessie and Bubba for getting the hot tub running. Darryl K Knoxville TN

I've waited a month to see if  anything would come out of this but it hasn't yet so I am resorting…read moreto this method. Eight weeks ago, I arranged with Spa Builders to  relocate my spa after finding out that they provided that service (instead of the winterization I was going to do in preparation for a move).  We scheduled it for mid February after our move to the new place but before we had to be out of the old place.  I paid for it then to get it on the books. We made arrangements for my first responder son (after his work shift)  to meet the movers at the old house for pick up and for myself to be at the new house to receive and direct for drop off and set up. On the morning of the move, my son called me around the expected time and asked where they were.  I called the office to find out where they were and no one answered the phone. I called repeatedly for almost an hour and half (leaving a couple of concerned messages about the movers).  They finally responded and informed me they don't do moves in inclement weather.  At the time of the phone call, it was no longer raining.  I explained that I was not informed of this and also commented that it would have been professional and courteous to tell me that ahead of time or at least the night before to call to confirm or cancel.  Emily at the front desk was apologetic and did arrange for things to be taken care of first thing the next day (after a personal appointment on the movers behalf).. I would have to take off work early since I was taking a 2nd day to deal with this and was clear about that. I was unable to arrange for someone to be at both the pick up and delivery points. We made arrangements to have a text sent to me when they were on their way.  They did and I left work to meet them at the old house.  I actually passed them leaving the old house with our hot tub.  I called the number they had texted from and told them I was 10 minutes behind them. He acknowledged that call.  When I got to the new house, I left the driveway open knowing they were coming.. After 15 minutes.. I walked down to find they had dropped off the hot tub and left.  I tried calling them again (this time with no answer)  and left a message about this.  I was expecting my electrical people to come and hook up the hot tub but needed the Spa Builders people to show me where the connection point was and thus to drop off the tub and orient it correctly.  They did not call me back.  When I called the main number again I was assured the electricians would know where the connection point is.  After all of this we had to pay MORE for the electrician because they had to run the electric further than was intended due to the tub being dropped off in the wrong orientation.  The interior entrance to the hot tub is against a wall  and the lights are not currently working. So we will have to have the electricians come back out a THIRD time as a result.   I have called and sent an email with pictures of all of this PLUS damages to the yards incurred at both houses within a day of the actual move.  This included going off the driveway on BOTH sides tearing up grass and pulling up a newly installed internet cable.  I have yet to get an email response.  After a week of silence,  my husband took the reins and called. He spoke to Emily and then was referred to a manager.  After he talked with her, she stated she" didn't know what she could do about it and we can't wait for you all day. "  I was no more than 15 minutes behind him in arriving at the new house.  (My husband and son were at work and thus I was  unable to have people at both destinations again with the reschedule.) We have asked for some kind of compromise or partial refund for the added expenses of ground repair at two residences plus the extra length of electrical work that we incurred due the lack of professionalism of the movers and poor customer service. At this point, after a month of trying to work with Spa Builders, we just want to educate people about the lack of professionalism from Spa Builders and hopefully save others the headache and financial hurts that we have endured.  We are filing a review with the Better Business Bureau this week as well. We have not had any resolution of this matter.  In fact, when we call (either of us), calls are not answered unless we call from a new phone number. This is an unacceptable way of doing business. It's worth your time to look elsewhere for services.

Then come sep17th Jeremiah came and I told him what his boss told me he acted he didn't know what I was talking about. So then Jeremiah and I agreed he could come Saturday I was fine with that he said was coming in the morning. Saturday afternoon rolls around he's saying getting his kids I said that's fine I let go. So then we agreed on Sunday. He texted at 9am and said he had drop off his kids and that he would come to do my pool. Needless to say he never came. 8 o'clock comes I text and say what happened to Sunday afternoon he said I text he back at 9am promptly so didn't come. I cancel my appointment and all he had say was OK. This company does not care about your time at all. They come when they want to come. I was so disappointed in the owner and Jeremiah that they could care less.

As a person who has pretty open access to areas of your home I felt completely comfortable giving him the keys to the castle. I have only had a pool for one season decided to use a service to help me open my pool this year. His prices are very fair he is very responsive. I really needed a wizard because my cover failed as I am a rookie. My water turned from a swamp to foggy clear in less than an hour. He made many trips due to my failed memory of a scheduled appointment. He never had a single complaint which I am gracious as I am planning a wedding, got a 4th dog an it's 2021.... I mean I've got excuses an get handled it with the highest level of professionalism. That's Water Wizard pros an specifically the great job Scott did!
