I complain to the floral shop and they try to reason with me and asking that I want them to make the arrangement over again or that I want half of my money back And be honest with you. I went head on and chose another floral shop that could give me what I want and I just took half of my money back from the Heights floral shop. I will never use them again. I have found another florist in the Houston area that can actually produce what is on their website. My problem with the Heights floral shop is if they couldn't replicate it then they should call me. I actually left a note in the comment section that if you do not have any of the pieces, please let me know what stood out about the photo. Was that the white vase with the candles on the outside made it pop and all the wonderful colors But the arrangement that my mom received was far from that it was a clear vase, which made the colors, a dull, it was smaller than the photo, and the flowers were nothing like the photo. The flowers were not vibrant and live and happy. They were dull, colorless and look like they came from the Walmart floral department. I could've easily gone to Kroger or H-E-B or Costco and got a better arrangement than what this Heights floral shot put together.
