I was a little nervous at first because eyebrows are such an important part of your face, but she took the time to talk me through the entire process and answer all of my questions. Her calm, professional, and friendly energy immediately put me at ease and made the experience feel relaxing rather than intimidating. What I appreciated the most was how much she worked with me on my eyebrow shape.
