I selected the $35 level pedi. When i left they tell me the total is $50. I asked why. They said $15 upcharge for gel nail polish !!! Which BTW, is all they offer. But never any mention about the upcharge. I hate that! Just be honest with the price. I will not be returning.

They don't use acrylic (which is awful for your nails), they only use gel/hard gel/gel putty. I went from getting acrylic for 7 years to hard gel and now just gel nail polish and my nails are stronger than ever. All of the employees are knowledgeable and sweet. Crystal is who does my nails and it never fails, she's always in a good mood, upbeat and is willing to tackle any crazy idea I have for a nail design. Even though half the time I never know what I want to do she always helps me figure it out. And don't let them stop you from thinking they only service your nails! They also offer massages, hair services and waxing! While I've only ever gotten my nails and waxing done here I've always seen the amazing hair services that leave the shop.
