He messed up on part of the gel application and fixed it without me even commenting on it (I probably wouldn't have even noticed) I got a basic gel manicure and regular polish pedicure and the total was $50. ( I don't like the look of the dipped technique. It looks sloppy and wavy). Neg: They should have used darker pink for the nail bed so you couldn't see flaws like bubbles or lines in the powder gel but next time I'll know to request it. They were very willing to spend time doing it to my specifications. It wasn't the stylists usual technique so all considered I'd go back and I would recommend them. I waited less than five minutes! A younger guy was told to give me a pedicure and I was very hesitant at first. I sat down in the chair and to my surprise the water was cold. I told the guy so he drained the water and filled it up with perfectly hot water. I got the KDS pedicure which was nice and worth the $35 I paid. The guy took his time and was attentive which I appreciated because I hate a rushed half done pedicure. Overall it was a good experience and I would go again. Only gave it 4 stars because of the initial cold water and the fact that there wasn't a lot of regular polish options. They had tons of gel and dip powder options though which I may try next time.

The owner says come on by. Quan did my much needed pedicure. He did a phenomenal job very thorough. He took his time allowing me to be so relaxed and relish in this spa chair. The place is easy to get to, very clean salon. I drive by here so often and never paid much attention. Definitely a new find for my nails, Pedis. So, first I want to say that my manicurist was very nice and checked in with me over what I wanted…read moremy nails to look like. Even though she didnt speak well in english she tried her best to engage with me on my nails. However, by the end of the first week I started noticing that my nails were starting to discolor meaning they were deteriorating. I do realize that it might have been caused by user error.... I do use sanitizer so maybe that is why. Because of this I didnt return to salon to ask for them to redo my manicure. I got my nails redone somewhere else today and when the guy was removing my manicure (which was the gel/shellac) he asked where I had them done and I told him and he said that the person applied it super thick.... After hearing that I shared that the person who did my nails did sound new and still learning. I understand everyne needs time to learn any job, but no one was checking in on her.... to guide her..... why not? They were busy and I get that but at my job (which is different granted) I dont leave the new employee untill they feel comfortable, but I give them space to learn and make mistakes sure and I correct them, ideally in the moment. Its just if they were that busy to where they couldnt check in on her..... ask the next customer (me) to wait...... I know that interferes with their money flow but I would have rather of waited then have a manicure that costed $40 I believe it was and then I tipped her $10 cause it did look nice in that moment.... and within 2 days might I add one nail chipped but I felt like it was my fault so I didnt go back.... plus whenever you do go back ask for someone to fix 1 nail I swear they roll their eyes at you. Sorry for the vent but I hope this salon owners take this into consideration.... A lot of salons are like that, they hate to fix a bad nail. This has always been a nice salon. Always seen good reviews and had a great experience here years ago so very let down by this one.
