I requested to get my nails cut down, filled, $58 dollar pedicure, and my eyebrows reshaped. I was assigned Hayden for the first time. He was patient, detailed, and filled my nailed to look natural. He constantly asked if the services was ok! It was!! It was 6:20 -- he still allowed me to get an 1 1/2 pedicure which I appreciate. That shows great customer service. He also was very detailed with my feet and scrubbed them -- my feet get tough sometimes !!!! I highly recommend this place. PS: One of the owners started my nails! She is nice. That was important.

It ends up that…read morethe tech ground off enough of the thickness of my nails that I now can't get them to grow past the end of my fingertips. They are tearing, they're splitting, and they're peeling...they're catching my hair, and they catch on my sweaters. They are so thin, and any pressure on my nails causes discomfort, and my previously super strong, natural nails are now thin and actually deform when you press on them. It is incredibly uncomfortable. They are still only about a third of the way grown out, so I will be dealing with this for probably six months more at least. There is literally nothing I can do about it. I don't wear gel nails or fake nails because it weakens my nails, so I can't even put anything artificial over my nails to strengthen them. I've just been putting on Sally Hansen Strong as Nails to try and stabilize them until they grow out. I was trying to peel a sticker off something today, and it tore my nail again. I also tried to pry a plastic shaker top off of a spice bottle and it broke another one. I did end up calling and talking to somebody, and they did apologize, and I was appreciative. I've always had good service here, but this is beyond disappointing.

I'm sensitive to pain, and they immediately noticed and were gentle with me. They threw in hand and arm massages. They were even incredibly careful when they put on my sandals so they wouldn't nick the fresh polish. I'm not a fancy nail extension sort of person, but it looks like people come here regularly for those with photos. Will definitely visit again!
